About: I have always been the designated family member that family trust to care for their dogs while they vacation or spend a weekend away.Many people have ask me to just keep their dog until they are in a better place in life. My elderly mother just recently ask me if I would have her dog if she passed. I also have attracted stray dogs throughout my life ironically. I am also very conscious and educated about what not to feed dogs. I'm aware that hot concrete can burn a dogs feet pads. I know that dogs can also get to hot or cold just like us humans. Most importantly, I know dogs need love just like us too! I watch 2 toddlers. One of them 2 days a week and the other 3 days a week. I only watch them for 4 to 5 hours. I also have help. I am home all the time. I will only feed your dog what you want them to eat. They will have fresh water daily. I have a big back yard. If you prefer they are walked, I can do that once a day. If your dog is safe around children, they can be in the family environment. I do have a room for dogs that is set up for them as well with TV generally playing dog ambience. The room let's in plenty of sunlight and of course heated and AC. If you would like your for your dog to have its own bed or rug here, that's totally fine but please provide. I do not have dog cages. If you prefer that, please provide.
About: Hi my name is Christina and Ive been a dog owner for 5 years & it’s been the best decision I've ever made. The experience of raising my pup from 11 weeks old was life changing and deepened my love for dogs. We've just moved into a nice home with a large backyard and front yard in a really friendly neighborhood. We are adventure lovers and love parks, going on hikes, walking around the lake, checking out new outdoor restaurants/venues or just taking a cruise around the city. While you're away, your pup will be loved and cared for as I love and care for my own & will most importantly have a happy and fun vacay as well ! I work part time away from home mid-day 10-2 Usually Bleu is walked and fed by 9am every morning. I usually let him in the yard which is gated with a high wood fence (no cracks) (weather permitting) while I am away or will take him on a second walk before leaving at 11:30am. Upon return from work, if he's outside he is let in and if not outside we go for another walk and then he is fed around 7pm Play session/evening belly rubs on weekends in the morning we go to the lake for a walk/run in the am or may visit a dog park 1/2 of the days I have a wood fenced yard (no holes or slits), and a fur friend to keep your pup company, I have extra crates for dogs who may need more privacy/ security. Loads of dog toys and blankets, treats and our neighborhood is walkable/dog friendly for walks. I am also near a pet cleaning station and can offer cleaning at additional costs.
