About: Since I was a child I’ve been in love with animals, watching over neighbors dogs and now I have a 2 year old pittie! He came from an abusive background from a ring and had zero training or people skills at all. I’ve been able to transform him into the most lovable, spoiled pup. Since then, I’ve fostered two more pitts and found them loving homes. I believe the most important part of looking after someone else’s baby is treating them as your own. I understand things happen and your pup needs care! I accept last minute bookings. Please don’t hesitate to reach out! I’m currently a college student and I do classes online. In my free time, I’ve been visiting shelters and taking care of my own babies. It’s a true passion of mine! I have experience with nervous and reactive, destructive behavior and high energy pups. It’s never a one size fits all scenario! Just like people, I believe in creating a bond with animals to in return receive trust, and having a feeling of safety.

“Christopher has a knack for dogs! He had my eating out of his hands in no time and they can be rough. He was prompt to walk the dogs, has them out for the right amount of time and gave them treats at my request when he was done. 123, it easy and efficient. He is even good with people! He seems to love his job.”

“Amazing communication and very accommodating to last minute changes with my trip. Sofia updated me through the visit and followed my instructions perfectly. I feel very comfortable having her take care of my babies!”

“Ryan was extremely professional and a great communicator. I have a very sensitive/anxious dog, but I felt at ease knowing she was getting great long walks with a calm confidant walker. I will definitely hire Ryan again next time I leave town! Thanks again!”

About: I have always loved dogs. I am comfortable with all breeds! Growing up I had a golden retriever, Morgan, and right now I have a Black Mouth Curr/Lab Mix, Lainey, and our family dog is Della, she is a German Shepard. For me, dogs are family members. In fact, my dad will lovingly joke about how I talk to my pups like they are humans. I know how important it is to find someone that will care for your pup just as well as you do. If you choose to trust me with your pup, I promise to take care of them as if they were my own. I work full-time, but right now I am off for the summer! Once I return to work at the end of August, I will only be available on weekends. I currently live in an apartment, but I take Lainey out four to five times a day. Depending on the weather and how Lainey is feeling, we will go for a mile walk. I will say, my walks are casual strolls. Lainey LOVES to sniff, she is a hound after all! So I make sure I stop every time and respect her wishes to get a good sniff in. I believe it’s very important to let them sniff! Of course, I do monitor to make sure she isn’t picking up any unauthorized “snacks” along the way.

About: I'm an animal lover by nature and by profession - I grew up on a farm with sheep, chickens, cats and dogs, and spent several years in the zoo keeping field taking care of big cats, bears, birds, reptiles. In between, I've acted as house and pet sitter and dog walker for short-(weekend) and long-(2 weeks) term engagements. I've worked with animals of varying species and ages, from puppy/kittenhood to the golden years, and have taken care of animals with varying medical statuses, reactivity, and separation anxiety levels. I'm happy to work with you to understand any needs your pet has and ensure my skills and experience are a good match for their needs. My approach involves being a calming, non-disruptive presence before anything else, and working with the rhythms, routines, and natural interests of your pet. I develop my relationship with each animal the same way I do with each human I meet, through respect and consistency. Species Experience: Dog breeds: Pomeranian, Habanese, bloodhound, Belgian Malinois, German shepherd, poodle, husky, lab and all kinds of mixes Avian species: Chickens, pigeons, cockatiels, lorikeets, birds of prey, and many other exotic breeds. Minimal experience with parrots, but open to working with them! Reptile species: American box turtle, red eared slider, corn snake, ball python, bearded dragon. I'm not afraid of dead mice or mealworms, but I try to minimize my interactions with live crickets and other insects that jump :) If you have an animal I have not listed, don't hesitate to reach out, I love working with animals and am open to working with new species. I currently have an open schedule, so would be happy to work with you to set up a routine that ensures your furry friend is well taken care of and has all their exercise, attention, and enrichment needs met. My first priority is working around the routine you normally keep, as I think this provides a good emotional anchor for your pet, especially when their favorite person is away. That being said, I am more than happy to introduce your pet to new walking paths, parks, and enrichment items.

“Our puppy LOVES Kelsey. He is noticeably so happy after their walks - zoomies and all! Kelsey has great communication skills. She provides personalized and thoughtful comments about each walk. I can tell she genuinely loves animals. Kelsey is sunshine! Warm, loving, and fun. Highly recommend.”

About: I’ve always been an avid animal lover and have had pets my whole life. I have 5 dogs of my own and am a frequent foster with a local rescue. I’ve also worked in kennel care for the rescue and have assisted with bathing, grooming, and administering oral, topical, and injectable medications. I have experience with dogs ranging from days old through the golden years. I will love your pets as if they were my own and they will be integrated into our life while they’re with us. I currently work a hybrid schedule, but my office is only 10 minutes from home. If your pet needs a potty break or a meal or medicine, I can work that into my schedule easily. I have a fully fenced yard for your pet to enjoy, as well as five friendly dogs of my own to keep them company. I am happy to crate your pet (we still crate our youngest dog) if that is part of your routine, or can use baby gates, if needed, to give them their own space.

About: I have had dogs my whole life and come from a dog loving family associated with the AKC. I have owned my own dogs for over 20 years, have a large fenced yard, and experience with training as well as agility. We can have fun lounging and Playing or exploring with your pup if they like adventures or need more exercise. Dogs must be kid and dog friendly. Most of all, I love all dogs and will love yours as much as my own while your away. I am a teacher so I am off all summer and home with my kids and 2 friendly dogs. We have a large fenced yard and will be home to live your pup most of the time. When gone, if your pup is trained They will not have to be crated. I have a huge fenced yard and your pup will be able to spend as much time outside or in- based on their preference. I have two friendly older dogs(7&8) and two humans kids(6&4) to pamper and play with your pupper.

About: I have been around animals my entire life, I have taken care of cats and dogs and know the time and love it takes to make sure they live the best life! I love animals with all my heart and think they are life’s best companions. I am very patient and knowledgeable when it comes to training puppies and realize the time and dedication it takes . My husband and I rescued our first dog from Home At Last and she was the most timid one at the meet & greet. We quickly realized she was so special but just needed a little patience and extra love. She was found in the woods with her puppy brother and was terrified of people but we let her take her time to come around and feel safe. We got our second dog last summer (a red fox lab) as a puppy and got him through training day and night in our backyard and training him on walks. Ridley and Theo love each other so much and are super playful and friendly with other dogs too! I will treat your dog or cat as though they are my own and I know we love them as though they are our children 😁 I will always make communication a top priority if I’m watching your pet and send daily photos / videos . I currently have a full time job but I can be available for walks or check-ins around lunch time on Fridays. I can also be available for walks/check-ins on weekends and evenings. We currently have 2 super friendly dogs and I can crate your dog if needed but we also have a fenced in yard. I can also put your dog on a leash out back if needed

About: I have been around animals since I was born and have cared for dogs since I was 11 y/o. Caring for animals is a job I am very passionate about. I do work at another job but I will make sure to be there when you and your dog need caring for. Notice a couple days in advance would be appreciated. When caring for your dog I will do whatever you need me to do and will stay with your dog to keep them company. I strive to build a relationship with your dog to give them a sense of comfort.

I currently work remotely, so I have plenty of flexibility in my schedule to cater to whatever needs your pet may have! I’m also available for the days your pet may need extra care as well. As someone who has cared for many types of pets, I understand how much comfort pets find in maintaining a routine. I’m more than willing to adapt to your pet’s schedule as well as any medications and/or special care they may need!

Jennifer R.Star Sitter
“You won’t find a bigger animal lover than Jen! Not only has she rescued baby birds and squirrels from her yard, but she currently volunteers for a dog rescue and has fostered countless dogs in her home. At any given moment she can have upwards of 6 or more in her care, and she always seems to have room for more. If an emergency comes out, she’s there to make sure the it’s saved. Of course, her love for animals doesn’t stop there. She also loves cats and other critters furry and scaly. Long story short, I truly wouldn’t trust any other person with my pets! She will treat them like family!”

Savanah C.Star Sitter

“Lou had a great time with Savanah!”

Kara S.
“Trust Kara! She’s a teacher, a mother, and a major animal lover!! Responsible & caring. I’ve known Kara for 20+ years and have watched her love & care for her own pets all these years. Great 🐾Momma! I’d trust her with my dogs 100%! Carol D.”

Colleen A.
“Colleen is so great with dogs! She loves each and every dog like they were her own. My experience with Colleen was no less than perfect!”

Marco I.
“Marco has always had a love of animals and is a very responsible and hard working young man. He has previous experience taking care of neighbors’ dogs and a dog of his own. He is very reliable and would be a great choice for caring for your pet!”

Azeez S.
“Azeez lives close by and helps care for my dogs on the weekends as I am out of state! When he first agreed to help with my dogs, he came by on his own time to spend some one on one time with them after he learned one of them was a rescue and had severe anxiety issues, especially with new people. He has been nothing but kind, caring, and gentle with them, and often goes the extra mile doing more for them than I ask! Azeez truly cares about my dogs happiness and well being. He has been very patient, gracious, and understanding with me as well, as I have had to change the agreed upon time frame and frequency sometimes within hours depending on the change of my travel plans and families help. He is quick to get into contact with and while with my dogs, he keeps me updated with texts, photos, and videos of them. I am so thankful that he agreed to help with my dogs and has been exceeding my expectations since! Azeez is not only a great caretaker for my dogs, he is a great person as well, anyone would be lucky to have him as their pet sitter!”
