About: I spent a lot of time with pets( mostly dogs) from taking care of close friends pets. With dogs I found better ways to behave them when they were with me, and considering I would take care of them a lot I managed to teach them tricks. I love spending time with animals of any kind. I had a cat when I was 13 and it was tricky because I got Lenny as an adult I would say. I learned how to manage litter boxes and the right food for both cat and dog. I do a lot of research when it comes to food so I know they have the right nutritions and I’m also skeptical when if comes or bagged food, so I do make my Own at times. I own 2 dogs now, one is a puppy and the other about a year and a half old. I’m also trying to save to go into MTC to study as a veterinarian to spend more time with animals. Taking care of pets fits in just perfectly. I currently have a part time job, but doing pet care on the side definitely helps balance my routine out and get some fresh air from working. In both client/my home, since I’m an early bird, I take them on walks to get them moving and give them time to potty, as I do with my dogs as well. I give them water and food, of course this varies on any directions given by the owner. They do get a lot of playtime and treats for good behavior. I make sure to let them potty at least every 2-3 hours out of habit from my pets.

About: I’ve been around dogs my whole life. I have been taking care of dogs of my own since I was able to walk and talk. I work hard and play harder with our furry friends! I am a fast learner, and can assist with training pups or taking care of senior dogs. My father is a veterinarian, so I was able to learn from him how to care for your pets. I attend James Madison University, so I will have classes with a varying schedule each weekday. I can stay full time at your home with your pets. I go to the gym, so I may be out for a short time to work out, but once I’m finished I’m right back at home with your pets! I have two dogs of my own. I feed/provide medication to them regularly (might go without saying) and I love to cuddle up with them on the floor and play with their toys with them. I’m very affectionate and will give your pets lots of attention and love.

About: I have owned dogs my whole life. I have had shepherds, labs, hound dogs, and retrievers. I enjoy walking and playing with dogs of all breeds and sizes. I am dog crazy and will have the time of my life taking care of your dog. I can walk, give pee breaks or house/pet sit as needed or desired. I can also look after other pets if needed as I have owned rabbits, cats, gerbils, and fish. I'm currently off for the summer but I work at a local high school as a resident in counseling through the CSB. I am free around 3:30pm every day during the school year. I make sure every pet is taken care of well and respect all pets boundaries. I understand that some animals take a while to warm up to people and may need space.

About: I’ve been around pets for most of my life. Starting when I would take care of my family fishes when I was younger. Then, later, with our family dog, a tiny Maltese named Lucy! About: I am a nurse in Harrisonburg looking to cure my puppy fever with helping take care of your pups! I’ve had dogs my whole life, I’ve raised puppies and helped with elderly dogs as well. I currently have an 8 year old pomapoo that I’ve had since she was 6 weeks old, she loves other animals and would do great socializing with your dog if your dog would enjoy that! I also have a 20 month old daughter who is literally obsessed with dogs! I would love to come walk your dog or play fetch then cuddle up on the couch with them for a few while your awhile, I’ll make sure their water and food bowl is full before I leave. I also would love you keep your dog while you are away, I’d let them snuggle on the couch with me and make sure they have atleast one walk a day, leaving you stressful on your days away! I work fulltime as a nurse manager which is Monday-Friday 8a-4p so every weekend and evening I’m off. Normally I take my daughter on a 3 mile walk/run which any dog could join us in that! I have a pomapoo and a toddler who love some dog company. I prefer a dog to be crated while I’m out of the house, but while I’m home they can play all through my apartment and go on walks as frequently as needed.

About: Around my neighborhood, many have asked me to care for their dogs. I also cared for my 2 family dogs growing up. I have cared for many different animals and sizes as well. When it comes to scheduling, I am very flexible and understanding too. I love being the company to a furry friend! While I am working another job, I still have much free time to be able to play and walk your dog when needed. I'm very flexible and can always use a bit of experience myself for the dog and I to both stay strong and healthy! While I may not be able to take care of your dog inside of my house, we do have a park across my street as well as a safe neighborhood where many people walk their dogs and take strolls and runs on. While being over at someone's house I respect their privacy and only use what is needed for the dogs care.
