I’ve worked in animal shelters and as a veterinary assistant, so I’ve had hands-on experience with pets of all ages, temperaments, and medical needs. I’m familiar with canine & feline CPR and first aid, and I have extensive experience stabilizing critically ill and crashing animals. Whether your pet is perfectly healthy, managing a chronic condition, or just needs a little extra support, I’m confident and comfortable providing high-quality care. Some of the conditions I’ve worked with include diabetes (including insulin administration - and I'm a T1D myself, so you can trust that I truly understand the complicated ins & outs of diabetic care, hypo/hyperglycemia, and monitoring), kidney disease (including administration of subQ fluids), allergies (both skin-related and dietary), and senior pet care. I’m experienced with both oral and injectable medications, and I always prioritize a gentle, stress-free approach. I am a Fear-Free Certified professional, I prioritize minimizing stress for pets during interactions. I will work to make every experience as calm and comfortable as possible for your animal. About: I have taken care of both dogs and cats from a young age, though cats are a bit newer to me. I frequently house sit and walk for friends and family, and wanted to start extending my services to others as well! I have a german shepherd, a corgi, and a samoyed that I love to play and walk with. I am currently able to provide dog walking or drop in visit services before and after I go to and get off from work! I am super excited to be able to do this I am pretty good at following instructions, so whatever your pet may need I can usually accommodate! Taking walks on their favorite path, playing with them in a fenced yard, crating them back up before I leave, cleaning up any messes, feeding them routinely, etc. Of course I will communicate regularly if you want me to as well, and will definitely ask questions if needed.
