Both of my dogs are very clingy and one has had a couple health problems the last month, which makes finding the right person to watch them really difficult. Knowing she’s a veterinary nurse gave me so much peace of mind, and she went above and beyond to make sure they were happy, healthy, and comfortable the entire time. She also was able to make it to us in a snow storm and I am so so grateful for that. She sent me so many photos of them and it was really nice to not have to worry about them. When I came home, both dogs were calm, happy, and clearly well looked after. I’m so grateful for the love and attention she gave them, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book her again. About: I have grown up taking care of many different breeds and ages over the past 19 years from puppies to seniors up to 16. I'm experienced with house training, obedience training, and medication administration (including insulin shots for diabetic dogs). I've had the privilege of pet sitting for many friends, family and neighbors, which has included potty breaks, baths, walks, feeding, and some grooming. All pets I look after always receive lots of attention and lots of lovins, as I treat other's pets I am looking after like they're my own. :) I am in between jobs at the moment, so I have a lot of free time on my hands that I would love to spend taking care of fur babies! -If boarded at my home, I live in a townhouse that is pet friendly and includes surrounding yard areas. I share it with my adopted 6 year old fur baby, Ellie, that is a red lab mix. She is caught up on all vaccines, neutered and sees the vet regularly. Ellie is an absolute sweetheart to all dogs and people she is around. If you or your pet prefer to not be around another animal, I can always crate my pet or keep her in a separate room if needed.😊 -If pet sitting at owner's home, I would be very respectful and follow any and all directions the best I can. If preferred, I can send updates with pictures of your fur baby/babies and how they're doing as much as you'd like.

About: I have taken care of dogs since I was 12. I have grown up with both cats and dogs. Neighbors and friends have trusted me to take care of their dogs for many years. I am willing to spend extra time with your furry friends as needed, along with sending updates and pictures. I am reliable and responsible. I am currently in graduate school and working, I have full days from 8am-8pm on Monday and Tuesdays, I am available Wednesdays before 9 am and after 12 pm. I am available Thursdays and Fridays before 8:30, from 12-1pm, and after 3:30 pm. My weekend schedule is flexible and am able to take care of your animals on both the weekdays and weekends. I am able and willing to stay at your home with your animal. I currently live in a small apartment with two cats and would be unable to house dogs. I am able to give medication/put on a harness/crate dogs as needed. I am super flexible and adaptable :-).

They were thorough in explaining the care they provide and very personable! As I was so nervous letting people I’d never met stay in our home they were reassuring and attentive to my multiple questions. While away, they sent many updates and pictures, again so reassuring to me! They also are so neat and tidy and took such good care of our home cleaning up after themselves, the dogs as well as washing the linens! Would absolutely recommend!! Thank you Jennifer and John!”

I have two rescue dogs of my own, so I understand the importance of making your pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I have previously worked as a dog sitter for family, friends, and people in my neighborhood. I’m very comfortable caring for dogs in their own home and am used to working with dogs both on lease and in a fenced in yard. I currently work part time at another job so I’ll have time to help take care of your pets throughout the week and keep them company. I am able to move around a bunch to play with your pet! I moved from Maine to WV and now have the time to be a dog sitter again! My overall love for animals and the ability to connect with them, makes me a safe and reliable sitter for your pup :) We have two open acres of grass for your dog to run around and play and a large tile floor sun room (with AC) for them to stay. My Great Dane stays in the sunroom in a playpen when she isn’t playing with chipmunks outside! If you prefer your dog to be on leash when outside-no problem! I can accommodate to your dogs’ needs! I have a 9 yr old female Great Dane who is real sweet & fully trained to my commands. She stays in a playpen in the AC, tiled sunroom with your pup. Your pup will have the one-on-one care that he/she needs while you are away. Fresh water will always be present :) My main goal is to keep every dog I care for safe & happy!

As someone who works long shifts in healthcare, I truly understand how important it is to have reliable, loving care for your pets when life gets busy. That’s why I’m offering drop-in visits for pets in the nearby area, helping give fellow pet parents peace of mind. My schedule can vary, so I kindly ask for 1–2 weeks’ notice to coordinate visits around my work shifts. I’m also open to overnight house sitting depending on availability—we can chat to see what works best! On my days off, I love getting outside and would be happy to take your pup for a walk on a nearby trail—possibly even alongside my own friendly beagle, if you’re comfortable with that. She’s great with other dogs and would love the company! Whether your pet needs a quick check-in, a relaxing walk, or some extra love while you’re away, I’m here to help care for them like one of my own. my schedule changes weekly, so my availability is variable. I’m primarily available for drop-in visits close to home on my days off, and I kindly ask for 1 to 2 weeks’ advance notice whenever possible to help me plan ahead. I’m open to overnight stays after building trust and familiarity with clients, but those will depend on my work schedule. About: My entire life, I’ve had family dogs, and I’ve shared part of the responsibility for them with my entire family. At sixteen, I began pet-sitting for family friends and coworkers of my parents. I had a dog who had diabetes, so we would frequently have to give her insulin shots. So, I am not opposed to giving dogs medicine and shots, so long as they are friendly and are already used to their medicine! I have classes 12:30-4:00 on weekdays, and that’s about it! I may have sorority events on weekends, but they never last more than four hours! I believe every dog has different needs and lifestyles. I make sure that not only are their physiological needs are met, but also that I make an effort to keep dogs properly stimulated and loved

About: I will care for any type of animal, whether it’s puppies or senior dogs or cats. I am also on the pre-vet track in college, along with participating in clubs like wildlife and vet. In college I don't get the opportunity to see many pets, at home I have a gecko I care for when I'm there, and over breaks I tend to pet sit family or family friends. So while pet care is not in my daily life I have experience caring for pets over many years. Caring for pets either in their home or mine I will listen to their very specific instructions because I know how picky some animals are.

I have 3 cats at home whom I love very much! This would be the perfect job for me. Although, I don't think of petsitting as a job. I would love to play with or walk your dogs for you. I would treat your pets with as much love as you do! Have been pet sitting for 4 years. I like to play with the dogs, take them for walks. Size or breed doesn't matter. All dogs are welcome! Why I love dog sitting I have been a dog lover for 25 years. I have had several (4) dogs in my life. The first was a german shepherd hybrid with wolf. She was beautiful! My husband had a little terrier mix who stayed in the house. We also had a black lab & a mutt named July. If I could have a dog now, I would; but I don't have a fenced-in yard. I really don't want to leave a dog on a chain all the time. My experience administering medication I can administer oral meds. I’m currently not working so im available week days & weekends. I’m very flexible & don’t need a lot of time before job. I really love animals! I can’t board animals. I don’t have the space. In other peoples homes I can play with their pets & enjoy taking them for a walk.
