About: I grew up with 4 dogs and 8 cats on a farm, so I learned how to take care of animals at a very young age. Throughout my 28 years of life, I've been lucky enough to love and take care of several varieties of animals: cats, dogs, horses, bunnies, exotic birds, and fish - many being rescues. My dream has always been to work in a Veterinarian office, which I accomplished and obtained so many skills just within a 2 year span at Veterinary Specialists of BHM. It would be an honor to have the opportunity to take care of your pets in a time of need. It is truly my passion! I am currently not working a full time job, so I am wide open to meeting demands of all pet parents during the work week and/or weekends! I have a big front yard to and it on a two acres of land I have 2 friendly dogs and they love to run and have fun we have play time game time and I take them to the dog park that they just love to play in .

About: I have 3 wonderful pups of my own and have had pets my entire life! I only recently started watching other people's pets but I love it! I have taken care of dogs with extra needs. My schedule is pretty open at the moment! I am extremely flexible with time. If anything changes in my schedule I will notify you. I am willing to do weekdays and weekends. I have a fenced in backyard if pets are to be boarded at my home. I have two dogs that are crate trained so I do have experience with that.

Very last minute, I tried to book someone to walk my two pups—and thank goodness Makenzie was available! She stepped in on extremely short notice, late at night, and handled everything quickly and professionally. She stayed in communication the entire time, which gave me so much peace of mind. What’s even more impressive is that she found our camper at Smith Lake—not an easy place to locate. It’s in a remote RV park/marina that doesn’t really have a clear address, and somehow she still found it without needing to call for directions again. She’s clearly a great listener and super dependable. I truly couldn’t recommend anyone more to care for your fur babies. Makenzie is a gem and a total lifesaver!”

About: I have been taking care of animals of all sorts almost my entire life. I have a strong personal connection to cats and dogs and have always had some of my own. I am the pet sitter of the family, and my friends also call me to come sit for their animals. I have references if needed. I have a few medical conditions I manage on my own that leave me unable to fill a normal job. This means that I have a lot of free time. About: I have experience in vet care for 3 years. I have been raised on a farm my whole life taking care of large animals of every kind. I have bottle fed different types of animals from your typical kitten to your special recused baby bat. I devote my time to helping different rescues and have been involved in rescue/rehabilitation/release programs for 13 years and counting. I work from home so I have plenty of time to care for others furry family members! I am available to drop in Monday through Saturday from 8am-8pm. I am able to offer daycare options Monday through Saturday from 10am-7pm. I have a fenced in yard and a puppy dog of my own to keep yours company. I have cats that are very loving towards other animals and would love to have play dates! I am able to crate train as needed upon request.
