About: What sets me apart from other sitters is my hands-on experience as a pet owner my whole life for cats and dogs (I have one Shih-tzu and one cat as of now!). I have also provided walks for other pets for 2 years for my family and friends, offering personalized care and a deep understanding of animal behavior and needs. I am self employed. I run a horse boarding facility and teach riding lessons. I’ve spent the most time with American and European bloodline Great Danes — a breed I absolutely adore, though I love all dogs deeply. In 2022, I worked for a professional dog care business, where I was responsible for four European Great Danes daily — all in the same home. I walked each dog three times a day, fed them individually twice a day, and made sure they had plenty of playtime and enrichment outside of their crates. I also assisted with the birth of a litter of puppies, helping weigh them, check their temperatures, and feed them a blended diet as they grew.
