About: I have a few dogs at my house already but I've also been taking care of animals since I was a kid. I used to volunteer at rescues. My family also has many pets and farm animals I help take care of these include fish, hamsters, and budgies. I'm currently in college right now studying life science but I have plenty of free time. During that time I'd like to take care of animals. I like to take care of your pets however you like them taken care of. I'll wake up early for morning walks or stay up late to clean up after them.

“Lauren is great! We had a mixup on the first morning time but she honestly apologized. She came each time requested other than that morning and was awesome with my 3 dogs. My dogs are not the easiest to take care of (I have a 17 year old blind one who wears diapers) but Lauren was a champ and cleaned up messes. I will use her again for my next trip.”

About: I’ve got years of experience caring for dogs and cats. My favorite thing to do is take dogs (especially my own) out for adventures by taking advantage of this beautiful state we get to call home. I love to give dogs the best time when they’re with me whether that’s going out or staying in and their safety and comfortability is my top priority. I work part time on Thursday and Friday nights until the end of December. I have a very open schedule until the end of April. I do have a dog and two cats, so it would be best to board at the owners home vs my own, but I am ok with either. I am avid about getting quality outdoor time that goes beyond potty breaks. Clear instructions of your pets exact care requirements/expectations are important to me so that I can make sure your pet is getting their needs met.

About: Hi! I currently have a boxer/shiba Inu and a rescue puppy. My boxer/shiba went through an intensive training program where I was taught how to train a dog as well so I’m great with dogs. I love dogs (maybe more than people lol) and whenever there’s a dog around me my heart melts and I just want to play with them and take care of all the pups!! I am currently a teacher and work Monday-Friday. I walk and/ or feed the pets I’m worked with before work and then again after work as well as play time. In the weekends I’m home all day long as well as in the summer months. I care for all animals as if they were my own. All animal get attention, scheduled meals, and exercise. I also have gates to separate animals if necessary.

About: I have been taking care of dogs since I was 10 years old and I am 22 now. I consider dogs to be one of the many keys to happiness so I treat them as such. Whether that be long walks in the neighborhood, endless cuddles, or a friend to play with, they get what they need. I have never discriminated against a dog based on size or breed because all dogs deserve love and care no matter what. I take care of my dogs to the best of my ability so I will always do the same for others. You can be assured that they are in good hands. So if you need someone to love and care for your dog when you're not there I'm your girl! I am currently the primary care taker for my family dog, Raine. This includes walks 2x day, feedings, bath, etc. I ensure he takes his medicine, has lots of play time and clean bedding. I do not currently care for other dogs in my home. However, in my client’s home I ensure that the space is clear and void of anything that could bring harm to their pets. I make sure to regularly check up on them and listen to their needs.

About: I have experience with dogs of all ages and sizes! I raised two dogs from puppies to adulthood and trained them myself. At the time I lived on a farm and insured to keep all of my animals (3 dogs included) safe and well behaved. I am absolutely in love with animals (as many should be) and miss having that part of my life. I am a student and work part-time. Due to this, I have to be organized and prepared. About: I have taken care of family and friends’s dogs before. I own a 9mo old male doberman and I’ve taken care of him since he was 2 months old. I potty trained him and we run over a mile every weekday when the weather allows. I used to take care of my mom’s senior schnauzer who used to have frequent seizures during his last year of life. I gave him his medicine and we used to walk twice a day. I’m currently working part-time so I have plenty of time to spend with and to take care of your fur babies. I am mostly available during the weekends and weekdays after 5pm. I might also have some weekdays off, based on my week’s schedule. I have a male 1y/o Dobbie who is very friendly and playful. When in home I can take the dogs to the dog park. Typically, I take the dogs to the dog park 3 times a day. We play and cuddle together on the sofa.

I am open to traveling farther distances for 1+ week sits. I am attending VCU for my MSW M-F from 8-4, so I have limited availability for midday potty breaks/check-ins during the week, but I have open availability most evenings and weekends. For boarding requests, my partner works from my home and is available to offer potty breaks/check-ins for pets while I’m at school. I’m happy with staying overnight for housesitting or sharing my home for boarding! I have the utmost care and respect for my clients pets and homes and treat them as if they were my own. I make sure to communicate expectations as best as possible to make sure we’re all on the same page.
