“We can’t say enough about Neusa. Thank you so much for everything, from taking such amazing care of the boys as they seemed very content and leaving the house spotless as well! There were some behavioral issues with one of our boys and Neusa found a way to work with the issues and a way to make the rest of her time with our boys enjoyable for all! She sent us numerous photos and videos of The boys playing both in and outside as well as relaxed content photos. She is extremely responsible and took care of garbage, mail and even the pool pump without reminder! We truly appreciate all you did to keep us at ease and know we make the perfect choice for our extended European trip! We would refer her to anyone considering a dog/house sitter and will use her again and again in the future :)”

“Leaving behind beloved animals for a few days can be an intimidating thing. My partner and I did not take this decision lightly. In fact, we were hesitant to go on vacation because we weren’t sure who to ask to take care of our 2 cats. Not only is it scary to leave behind precious animals, but it’s a vulnerable feeling to welcome someone into your house without one being there! Erin was the first person we considered asking to care for our home and animals. Erin is a trusted friend and community member. When she stated she was available, I was flooded with a sense of relief!! She was open and flexible to our needs and dedicated much of her time or our cats while we were away. She came beforehand to learn the ropes of taking care of the cats and got to practice their night time routine. Erin did a phenomenal job of ensuring our older cat took his medication. She was highly communicative (as requested) and very responsive! As a bonus, she periodically sent pictures of the cats cuddled up, which was much appreciated as we were missing our babies! It was clear when we returned home that Erin had gone above and beyond in taking care of the cats. They were in high spirits! I would jump at the opportunity to have Erin house/cat sit for us again! Cannot recommend her enough!”

“Due to work issues I had to travel to another state for two months, fortunately they recommended Katherin to me to take care of my beautiful daughter Mia, it was a very calm time, I received daily notifications and photos of my daughter's good condition, when I returned home I found Mia in good condition, but she did not want to be away from her nanny.”
