Julia was absolutely wonderful with our dogs while we were out of state for the week. From the start, she was friendly, communicative, and incredibly responsive, which made it so much easier to relax and enjoy our trip. Jori was fantastic from start to finish and took great care of my pup. She made the entire process stress free for me which was much appreciated. I travel for work and sometimes flights can be unpredictable. My flight details changed and I came in later in the evening than originally anticipated by a couple of hours. Jori was flexible and accommodating through the challenge and allowed me to focus on getting home while she took care of Zeke. Lucy was fantastic with Koda! He's a high-energy adolescent shepherd mix, so I'm always grateful when I find someone who really understands dogs and is thoughtful about introductions, play, and group dynamics. She sent updates and videos throughout the weekend, which I appreciated so much, and it was clear that Koda was having an absolute blast. He came home happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for.
