“Sarah opened her home to my girls and made them comfortable. They usually go to their granny's but all were going on this trip, so it was a very big deal for them to stay elsewhere. They played, walked, rested, and probably were questioning coming home, they were given so much attention. Sarah shared photos and even with a snowstorm ensured they were safe and had fun. “Julia is awesome! Our dog is very shy and sensitive, and I was so worried to leave her for 2 weeks. But Julia took great care of her and sent us daily picture to comfort the nervous owner. And I saw our dog Mango was getting comfortable and relaxed every day. Also our flight got cancelled and there was a chance that we might need to pick her up at the midnight and Julia said that was totally fine. She was very responsive and easy to talk with. Julia was absolutely wonderful with our dogs while we were out of state for the week. From the start, she was friendly, communicative, and incredibly responsive, which made it so much easier to relax and enjoy our trip. She kept us updated regularly and was always quick to answer any questions. Most importantly, we could tell our dogs were happy, comfortable, and well cared for in her hands. It’s such a relief to find someone you can trust with your pets, and Julia exceeded our expectations. We are so grateful for the care she provided and would not hesitate to book with her again. Karin and Brooking are incredible! They did so well with our 1 and 2yo herding pups. It was the first time leaving the younger pup since we adopted her, she can get anxious easily, and doesn’t do well with other dogs (besides her sister). I appreciated that Karin and Brooking only take one client at a time and were open to our young energetic girls. They were both exhausted when they came home, which is a sign of a great time! They sent updates daily, which helped ease my anxiety. I would 100% book with them again!
Sarah was an absolute pleasure to work with. My pup was in great hands and thoroughly enjoyed his stay. I was kept up to date of their adventures with texts and photos, and never doubted that my boy was in good hands. Sarah will be my first choice in the future. Our cat and anxious dog had the best stay with Kathryn. My pets loved her immediately and she was extremely kind, professional, and warm.
