About: HI I’m Heaven, and I’ve always loved being around animals. I have a one year old cat named Ponyo and a three year old English Bulldog named Molly, so I’m used to both playful energy and laid-back cuddle time. I’ve done pet sitting before and love it! I know how important it is to make pets feel comfortable and cared for while their owners are away. I’m easygoing, patient, and attentive, and I try to match each pet’s personality so they feel safe and happy. I’d love to help take care of your pets and make things a little less stressful for you while you’re away! I’m currently working part time, and have a lot of wiggle room to fit in your needs! I take daily walks with my own dog and love getting to be outside with pets. When caring for pets in an owner’s home, I prioritize keeping their routine as consistent as possible so they feel safe and comfortable. I follow all care instructions closely, including feeding schedules, medications, walks, and playtime. I treat every home with respect by keeping things clean, secure, and exactly as I found them. I also provide regular updates with photos so owners can feel confident their pets are happy and well cared for :)

“Kaitlyn has been fantastic. She is very responsive to my dogs needs. She is on time and so sweet with my boy making sure he gets potty breaks, and exercise, and love. She is easy to commute with and is adaptive with our needs day to day. 10/10 would recommend.”

“Very friendly. Showed up on time and gave the extra effort to care for my four energetic dogs and elderly diabetic cat. Communicated very well and responds quickly. Already have her scheduled again. Dogs and cat loved her!”

About: I have hands-on experience caring for a wide variety of animals, including dogs, cats, ducks, geese, chickens, and roosters. I currently care for backyard animals for a regular client, so I’m very familiar with feeding routines, cleaning, and making sure everything stays safe and secure. Pet sitting is my full-time job, allowing me to be fully available and attentive for every booking. My partner Brayden is also on my profile and comes with me to bookings. He has over 10 years of experience working with horses and farm animals, including owning his own horse. Together, we’re confident handling multiple animals and assisting with farm routines and basic horse care such as feeding and turnout. We always follow instructions closely to keep your animals safe, happy, and on their normal routine. I provide full-time, professional pet and farm animal care with a flexible schedule throughout the week, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and overnight stays. Because this is my primary job, I am able to give each booking my full attention and maintain consistent, high-quality care. I have experience with dogs, cats, and a variety of farm animals including chickens, ducks, geese, roosters, and horses, and I tailor my care to each animal’s routine and comfort level. I provide attentive, reliable care with a strong focus on safety, consistency, and trust. I carefully follow all instructions for each pet’s routine, including feeding, handling, and any special needs. I maintain a calm, clean, and respectful environment in every home I care for. I also believe in clear communication and provide regular updates so you can feel confident and at ease while you’re away!
“Shelby is awesome! She came through without a hitch when we found ourselves in a bind with our 4 cats as we were planning to go on vacation. She was close by and super sweet and even sent pictures. We would love to have her come take care of all our babies in the future.”

About: I am an experienced dog owner and sitter. I grew up in a family that always had pets, including cats and dogs, and have owned multiple dogs since living on my own. Currently, I have one small chiweenie and regular dogsit dogs including Cocker Spaniels, Golden Retrievers, and Great Pyrenees. Shy or nervous rescue pets are no problem! I can handle any dog big or small, high energy, timid, low energy, giant breeds, counter surfers, etc. Pets with medical issues are welcome as I have experience taking care of dogs and cats with a variety of issues who’ve needed everything from shots throughout the day or diaper changes or to receive mobility assistance. I also have experience caring for chickens if you need someone to care for your chicks. I work full-time from 8 AM-5 PM. I have a long lunch, so I can stop by to take care of any needs during the day. Drop off/pickup prior to or after work is preferred, except on the weekends when I’m free. If you really need a specific drop off or pickup time, please let me know early so I can try to accommodate that. I am up early every morning to give pets plenty of time to eat and play before leaving. When I get home, the first thing I do is let pets out to potty and to play. Throughout the evening, there is plenty of time for walks and playtime before bed. . First and foremost, I will strive to match or mimic the care and routine you give your pets at home. With a fenced in yard, your pet will have a safe place to potty and play. There are also many parks nearby to take your pet on walks or provide them with socialization. Pets are able to climb on furniture, sleep on my bed, and have mostly free rein of the house — my home is their home while we’re here. However, I have a pet gate I can put up and experience crating pets (as well as crate training dogs) for any pet who can’t be left free to roam.
“Such a terrific experience with Tricie caring for our dogs! This was our first experience using Rover, and we have been extremely impressed and pleased. Tricie cared for and loved on our babies and made us feel comfortable leaving them. Especially enjoyed the comments and photographs.”

About: I have always been very good with animals ever since I was little. I like animals more than humans so I promise to take care of your pet like it is my own. I have volunteered at the Human Society and I am going to college to work with animals so I would love to care for your pet to gain more experience. I am currently home from college so I am free all day, Monday through Friday. Then starting in August I will be home Friday through Sunday. I have an unfenced yard but plenty of yard for them to run around and I have a in ground runner that they can be put on for some freedom. I also have two fur babies to keep your fur baby company but they can always be kept separate if needed.

About: I don't have any professional experience, but I've grown up in a family that has housed a lot of dogs and cats since I was born. We've had 4 dogs and 7 cats from my early childhood until today, so while I did obviously have the rest of my family to assist with them, I've still had firsthand experience with a lot of different behaviors and habits of these pets and how certain traits or preferences vary between them. I finished college at UGA recently, so I'm currently at home full-time. Pet care would be pretty easy to fit into my weekly schedule. I always try to make sure I feed my cat her treats once a day around the same time, so consistent feeding and cleaning wouldn't be that much harder with additional pets. I am gone some evenings on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, but other than that my time is fully open to help your pets stay relaxed, happy, and healthy. My backyard has a fence, but it's currently old and unrepaired, so the gates cannot close properly, so any pets prone to running will be staying inside or on a leash. My house is very small, but my front and backyard are very spacious, ideal for pets that are uncomfortable in small spaces. My cat can be skittish around other animals, so I will need to keep her in a separate space from them, but my family's done that with many of our cats, so it will not be a problem for the client or their pets. My roommate stays inside most of the time, so but he's also very friendly and should not pose any issues for the pets.

“Christi did a very good job. I also like the fact that she lives in the area. Niko seemed to really like her and my home was immaculate when I came back Niko was very happy to see me, but it was good to know someone was taking good care of him. I will use Christi again.”

About: @ahartpetsitting on insta!! I’ve been taking care of animals as long as I can remember. Hermit crabs, guinea pigs, lizards, fish, chickens, you name it! I just love every animal, and I still believe that they can speak, just not when we’re in the room. I work professionally with dogs every single day as a manager of a dog care facility. I’m known for liking the “bad dogs” at work along with special needs and older pets as well (I love powdered sugar faces)! I treat each animal as my own, and I would do the same with yours! I work full time as a manager at a doggy daycare, I would be able to get you a registration forms and take your pup to work with me if you’d like! My job is very flexible so I can also come home at any point and let your pup out instead of bringing them with me. I am also open to not working during the time I care for your pet. Message me and let’s talk! If you don’t have a dog, I am more than happy to talk with you and figure out if I need to come home for breaks or not work! I care for each pet exactly how owners ask me too, just with lots of extra love! I can chill if that’s what your pet likes to do, or I can adventure. I love being outside in nature as well as cozying up on the couch :)
“Preston is awesome. I’m so lucky I found Preston to take care of our three dogs and four cats. My German Shepherd requires special attention with IBD medication and prescription foods. I don’t have to worry with Preston handling everything! I highly recommend Preston and trust him 100%.”

Cat sitters on Rover care for your cats’ needs and can spend quality time with them, including activities like feeding, playing, and refreshing their water and litter boxes. Depending on your arrangement, you can schedule as many visits per day as your cat needs or find a sitter who can stay at your house overnight. Some sitters also board cats in their home.
House sitting can be ideal for cats who need socialization or care that lasts longer than a few hours. Your cat stays in their own home, on their own schedule, with care based on what you and your sitter agree on together.
Many pet parents provide a spare key or arrange a lockbox. You can also exchange keys during the Meet & Greet and show your walker how to use digital fobs or personalized codes. It helps to arrange access to your home, from spare keys to concierge introductions, before pet care begins.
If you live in an apartment or condo, don’t forget to discuss details like buzzer access, codes, or elevator etiquette. These details can help a pet sitter feel more comfortable going in and out of your building.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Bostwick. On Rover:

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
