She made effort to expend energy safely going out at times when the NM heat wasn't too unbearable for them. She expressed love and concern for our dog's safety and happiness. She had an amazing idea to come to our home when we were getting ready to leave to assist our babies in their transition period. She sent cute pictures regularly and was phenomenal with her communication. I'm typically a super anxious worrywart but I found myself relaxing and enjoying my vacation because she put my mind at such ease. I will be booking her anytime we leave town! Anyways, Rachel was an absolute star and waited 30+ minutes before someone in my apartment was able to let her in. I feel absolutely awful she had to go through that, but she was so kind. She was super responsive and professional throughout the entire process, and took such great care of my cat. She sent great pictures, too! Would absolutely book her again.”
