About: I've owned two dogs and a cat for the past 17 years. Unfortunately we're a pet free family at the moment so we're eager to fill the void while we take our time to find the right dog to add to our family. We do have a small child who will be at home some days and all nights/weekends, but she loves animals and plays very gently. Making sure you feel comfortable while you're away is something I strive for. I can guarantee a picture and status update at least daily so you can rest assured that your pet is in good hands and is living it up! Last thing to note is that I am active and plan on being active with your pet. If your dog likes/needs walks, I'll make sure they get out and about and have plenty of opportunity to burn off some energy. I work from home and have limited engagements during the day, so the majority of the time I'll be here hanging out with your pet. I have a fenced in back yard with plenty of room to run and play. I've got a young daughter who may also be around during the day, and will be around in the evenings and on the weekends. We live in a nice walkable neighborhood and I like to get out and walk, so I'll make sure your pet(s) have plenty of exercise and attention.

About: I had dogs growing up and used to cat sit for my neighbors. I taught my dogs to open their cages and other small tricks. I just graduated from college and am currently hunting for jobs. I highly recommend Valerie, she was so wonderful to work with!! She was always on time for walks, and she sent lots of pictures and detailed updates during each visit! She even noticed that my dog wasn't eating a lot while I was away, and took extra time to hand feed her to make sure she was getting enough food each day! We just started using Maria as our previous walker was no longer able to walk Stella due to another job commitment. Christina is seriously one of the best dog sitters/walkers we have ever encountered on this app. She is incredibly thoughtful and kind to not only our dogs but us. She is always on time and communications very throughly. My two dogs, a 8 month old puppy and 2 year old Bernese adore her so much. They cry and jump up and down when they see her hahah. We are so grateful for Austin. From his response to our inquiry, to the meet and greet and him helping us out while we were away with dog walking he has been phenomenal. Extremely friendly, trustworthy, communicative, knowledgeable, and the list could go on- highly recommend Austin. We have two older doggos (15 yr old female 9 lb silky terrier & 13 yr old male 80lb lab, chow chow, boxer, staffy mix) with some medical issues (almost fully blind, arthritis, heart condition, our big guy had TPLO surgery and torsion surgery 8 months ago) and he was great with them. Our pups loved him and had so much fun with him. Our big guy is quite sensitive, high energy and dog reactive on leash and Austin had no problem handling him. Can’t emphasize the word trustworthy enough, we were able to take our trip without any worry as we knew they were in good hands. Thanks so much Austin!
