Everyone and every pet that comes into my care is always treated like they are family. I will always follow the wishes of every pet owner because you know what's best for your fur baby. If I am going to a clients home I will make sure to follow any directions given. The only thing I can't move around is I take a friend to work Thursday, Friday, and Saturday at 4 am and pick her up at 1pm but I'm available before, in-between, and after those times. I usually don't work on Sundays, it's our family day but if I'm needed I might be able to work something out. I follow any rules and directions given. I always do at least one meet and greet at your home so your pet will know I'm a friend and will trust me enough to take care of them and hopefully play with.
