I will communicate with you through text and photos while your away so that you know your dog is having a great time and in good hands while missing you. I carry water, a dog bowl and treats in my car for walks to ensure your furry family member is well taken care of on our adventures per your approval and direction. I can also distrube your pets medication per your instructions.

About: Hello my name is Kerri, I have grown up with animals most of my life, I've dealt with animals in many different sizes, I currently have 3 dogs and 6 cats. I do have experience walking dogs, bathing them, as well as bathing cats. I volunteer at Animal Welfare League of Trumbull County, I have been volunteering here for past few months. I'm currently getting my certification for Interior Designer, I'm normally working on a flexible schedule. I don't take any pets on Sundays. I will make sure that any pet in my care is getting their daily needs, also if there is any certain task that needs to be done like dishes or small things that can make your day easier. So that you can enjoy your time with your pets when you get home.

About: I'm very good with all animals, I think it's because they can sense I care, or it could be because I spoil them who knows lol. All my pets are healthy and happy. Everyone and every pet that comes into my care is always treated like they are family. I will always follow the wishes of every pet owner because you know what's best for your fur baby. I will work with each client to figure out the best and safest way to care for there pet while making sure my pets are safe. If I am going to a clients home I will make sure to follow any directions given. The only thing I can't move around is I take a friend to work Thursday, Friday, and Saturday at 4 am and pick her up at 1pm but I'm available before, in-between, and after those times. I usually don't work on Sundays, it's our family day but if I'm needed I might be able to work something out. I follow any rules and directions given. I always do at least one meet and greet at your home so your pet will know I'm a friend and will trust me enough to take care of them and hopefully play with.

About: I absolutely love animals and caring for them! I grew up with 2 dogs and now have 2 cats a dog and an African Grey bird. I’ve been dog sitting for years. I take pride in giving pups the best vacation of their little lives🥰 During the summer I have a very open schedule which makes it easy for me to dog sit or dog walk anytime of the day. I do go on vacation a couple times but usually not for very long, I also have a part-time job at the moment which helps for a flexible schedule to help people and their pets! About: Hello! My name is Tabatha Garman, I am the sole owner and operator of Special Paws Pet Care and a Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT). As a veterinary technician, I play the nurse role of the veterinary team. I graduated from Kent State University with my Associate's degree in Veterinary Technology in May of 2021 and am currently pursuing my Bachelor's of Integrated Studies focused in animal behavior. While in school for my technician license, I gained various hands-on skills with a variety of animals, from dogs and cats to birds, horses, snakes, and much more. Outside of school, I have trained at numerous veterinary hospitals and gained vital experience in CPR and emergency response. My personal experience caring for animals expands far beyond my education and career, as I have cared for my own, family's, and friend's pets my entire life. As previously mentioned, I have a vast range of experience with different species from small pocket pets and reptiles to large and farm animals. I love working with nearly any species, especially pigs and cows! My medication administration skills are just as vast, including giving various types of injections and fluids, oral pill and liquid administration, topical applications, etc. Any pets with special needs are assured to be taken care of! Specializing in animal behavior, those with unique personalities or who are a bit grumpy or naturally prefer alone time are some of my favorite to work with. I love working to understand them and win them over and am happy to try to work with any type of disposition or behavioral challenges. No job is too big or small. Whether you have a pet that needs daily medication, help getting around, and extra special care, or just want to feel comforted knowing that your furry family member is in great hands, I am happy to care for any and all of them. I am currently dedicating my time to in-home pet care while going to school full-time online, so I am free to fit your pet into my schedule however you may need. While I do personalize my schedule to fit your pet specifically, my typical day is scheduled like this and changed as needed, just to give you a better idea of your pet's time with me: When I arrive, I always spend time making sure your pet is happy, comfortable, and has everything they need. When staying with them overnight, I will keep them company until morning, make sure they have everything they need and get some pets or playtime in, then I will leave as needed to tend to any other appointments, making sure to return to check-in and spend time with them at minimum every 3-4 hours, unless more frequently is needed. Whether you just need a daily check in and play time for your cat while you're away, or if you need someone to take your pup out every couple of hours along with walks and lots of play time, or even if you have an older pup who can't really spend time alone at all, we can definitely make a plan to suit your family purrr-fectly. Your pet's safety is always my top priority. Whether at home, in the car, at the vet, out for a walk, or at the park, I am always extremely diligent to make sure your pet stays safe and sound. I always use doggy seatbelts or enclosures when driving, reflective strips and flashlights at night, ramps and manual assistance for mobility-challenged pups, predator-deterrent to protect them from harm, and vet-approved chews or boredom busters to make sure your pup is happier and healthier when you arrive back home. Out of an abundance of caution, I typically do not have pets I'm watching interact with other pets I'm unfamiliar with (ie: no communal dog parks). In the case that anything does happen while I am with them, I am trained on the safest and most effective way to stop a dog fight, as well as being trained in CPR, emergency triage and response, and homeostatic stabilization. I also always have a list of the nearest emergency hospitals on hand should they ever be needed. I strive to follow all pet-parent's wants and needs for their pets, including whatever training or rules you may have for your pet while they are in my care (crating, treats, toys, etc).
