“Annie was absolutely amazing! Slim Shady and Cheddar Bob loved her! I was worried that Cheddar might stay hidden during my trip (he’s shy) but he was waiting for her every day. Annie sent pictures and videos and kept me updated daily. So thankful for Annie and the peace of mind I had being away for a whole week.”

“Morgan was wonderful! Our pups took to her right away and you could tell she is a natural pet lover! She was thorough with pictures and had the best attitude! Absolutely recommend Morgan-highly recommended!”

About: With over 7 years of experience in dog sitting and house sitting, I have cultivated a deep passion for providing exceptional care for animals. My flexible work schedule allows me to accommodate various pet care needs, including extended stays of weeks or a few days. I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of animals, including dogs, cats, rabbits, and more. My goal is to alleviate your concerns and provide you with peace of mind by ensuring that your beloved pets receive the utmost attention and care. I bartend/serve in Greenville lunch shifts are from 4pm-12am some nights I get off a lot earlier around 10:30. My schedule varies with the shift times but I always try to communicate that and have my calendar updated for clients! I am currently pregnant and due end of September so at the moment I’m not so comfortable with large dogs in case of them jumping on me but smaller animals for the time being would be great! I prioritize ensuring the well-being of the puppies in my care by maintaining a clean and respectful environment. I provide them with ample food, exercise, water, and playtime. Additionally, I regularly communicate with the owners through updates and photographs to monitor their puppy’s safety and happiness.
“Skyler was absolutely amazing while watching our dog and cat! She took such great care of them and gave us peace of mind while we were away. We received updates, photos, and could tell our pets were happy, comfortable, and well-loved the entire time. When we came home, our babies were relaxed and content. We would absolutely book with her again and highly recommend her!!”

“Brianna was an amazing dog sitter. She came by 3x per day and watched our two pups. She followed all my wishes for each dog, about their favorite ways to play and which needs extra snuggles. She was always on time, spent her time here being active with the dogs, and sent photos and videos. Her communication was prompt. I would hire her again in a heart beat, I actually hope I get to for our next trip! Book her with confidence, your pets will be in good hands.”

“Haven was great and took great care of our boy while we left for a quick trip! She was attentive and communicative throughout each visit. She let us know each time she was on the way and updated us at the end of each visit. We highly recommend!”

“Grace was super caring and patient with our two girls while we were away! Keeping up with 3 check-ins a day is not easy, but she made sure the pups got some free time. Definitely would recommend!”

“Jonathan was the absolute best. Truly. Was extremely reliable, flexible, and caring for my young cat while I was gone. I’d recommend him to anyone looking for a kitty sitter!”

About: I've taken care of animals my whole life. I grew up on a farm so I have extended experience with horses, goats, cows, dogs, and cats. I regularly watch a friend's cats when they are out of town. I can feed, bathe, administer oral or topical medicine, walk, and play with pets. I currently have 1 elderly dog that is docile and friendly. I am able to care for senior dogs and dogs with additional needs or medical needs as I have experience through my own as well as caring for others' animals. I am currently saving up for my unpaid internship in music therapy. I am extremely available. My only obligations are one class on Monday's and Friday's. All other times of the week I am looking forward to helping others care for their furry loved ones. My dog truly family. She allowed on furniture and supervised play in our open yard. She loves sunbathing and playing with toys. I can, and am used to, administering medicine on a schedule. I am a long distance runner so long walks and extended play time is no issue at all! The following is a look into our daily life. We begin the day with a walk before food and medicine. We play outside and sunbathe around noon. In the later afternoon we go on an extended walk/run followed by food and medicine. Before bed we always play with her and take her out before bed. At night she often needs to go out multiple times a night so I take her whenever I hear her cues.
“Carlee is amazing! She sent daily updates and photos of all 3 of our furbabies. She communicated very well and at our meet and greet I knew she was the energy we needed to look after our babies. We will most definitely be using her services again. Thanks for everything, Carlee!!!!🥰”

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy.
