About: I have taken care of pets since I was in elementary school and have seen it all! Especially with my 100lb family dog, Cooper. I have also taken care of chickens, birds, fish, cats, kittens, and puppies. I started as a dogsitter for my neighbors and then gradually started taking on more clientele. I have been house sitting for various pet and home owners since high school for weeks at a time and have been known to be impressive in my ability to manage myself and situations independently, and in my attention to detail and punctuality. I can keep in periodic contact with the owners, and always prioritize their requests. I know that leaving your dog with anyone can be nerve racking, but I assure you that your dog will be happier than ever, leaving you nothing to worry about on your trip! I am (for the time being) employed part-time as a retail worker at the Town Center Mall in Boca Raton and a full time university student at FAU. I do have a fairly full schedule, but during my class breaks (around midday) I can take your pet(s) outside for a walk or to just go to the bathroom. I can be back in time to feed your pet(s) at a normal feeding hour, and can remain there through the nights if needed. I believe pets need plenty of cuddles, and I am more than happy to provide them! I also have no issues being active with your pet if he/she needs to play and/or be walked. I can administer medications, feed, give water, bathe, clean up after messes, walk, take out the trash, take the mail in, turn on home alarms, pick up packages, etc. If you have specific requests such as: “No pets on the couch/bed”, or “leave the front light on at night”, I will be happy to follow any requests! As far as in my own home, I live in a rented ground floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment with direct outdoor access and a large gated in back porch. My apartment complex is very pet friendly and even provides clean up stations in their courtyard areas, which is directly accessible and adjacent to my unit. Please feel free and comfortable to let me know of any concerns you have. I would rather be informed of possible behavior or medical issues ahead of time as well as any other specific instructions or worries you may have.
