“Tatiana was amazing with my dog Charlie! She was so incredible to come and walk him super early before I had to leave for work. She was punctual and communicative. Charlie loved her right away! Safety is very important to her and that made me feel at ease. I highly recommend her!!”

About: I have had many pets growing up and there are still some that are living with my parents ( our family dog and cat). These animals have taught me to be sensitive and realize how you treat a living thing matters.. I take care of my cats better than I do myself. I'll get them a "Churu" treat every morning. They are my life ! I currently do independent contracting like doordash and instacart so I have a very open schedule. I am excited to make this a part of my daily routine. I have two indoor cats that I keep inside at all times. I firmly believe on keeping them inside where they are safe and can't harm other animals as well.
“Thomas does a great job caring for my pup. Lots of photos/videos to keep me updated. Always ensured there was food, water. My pup was always greeted with head taps and ear scratches keeping him happy. Thanks Thomas!”

About: I’ve been caring for dogs for the past 8 years and have experience with pets of all sizes, breeds, ages, and personalities. Friends, family, and neighbors have trusted me to care for their pets while they’re away, and I always treat every dog as if they were my own. Whether it’s energetic puppies who love to play, senior dogs who need extra patience, or pets with specific routines, I’m committed to making them feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I also provide regular photo and message updates, so you can have peace of mind knowing your fur baby is in great hands! Pet care fits naturally into my routine, allowing me to give every pet the time and attention they deserve. I do my best to be flexible and accommodate each family’s schedule whenever possible. Whether it’s daily walks, drop-in visits, overnight stays, or sticking to your pet’s regular routine, I’m committed to providing dependable care and making sure your pet feels comfortable, loved, and well cared for while you’re away. I know how important it is to leave your pet with someone you can trust, and I don’t take that responsibility lightly. I treat every pet like they’re my own by providing plenty of love, attention, exercise, and care while following their normal routine as closely as possible. I’ll always respect your home, follow any instructions you provide, and make your pet’s safety and comfort my top priorities.
About: Me and my wife Anna love animals - we both grew up with several dogs, and we currently have chickens :) We’re very active and would love to have your pet join either me or Anna for walks, hikes, or a game of fetch! Our schedules are flexible, and at least one of us would always be available whenever you need our services. Another great thing about choosing us is that we don’t currently have any pets in the house. If you’re looking for a peaceful temporary home for your pet where they will get plenty of individual attention, we’d be a great fit! We are very flexible and can fit you in at any time! Though it's worth mentioning that we go to bed quite early, so the latest walk we could schedule would be around 5-6pm. We really think the key to a happy pet is just going with their natural rhythm. If they’ve got energy and want to play, great - walks, toys, all the fun stuff! If they’re resting in a sunny spot and just want to relax, that’s cool too. And of course, we always listen to the owners; you know your pet better than anyone, and we follow your lead :)
About: ***5/27/26 Update-My husband and I moved to Arkansas January 2026 to help with his families business in North Little Rock. My hours vary at work, either from 8-5, 10-7, or 10-5. I feel this is important for pet parents who ask for house sitting to know ahead of time. Being transparent is important as my #1 priority will always be the animals. They deserve the best I can offer and I do my best to keep their routine seamless in your absence. I do prefer 2 days notice to allow for adjustments at work, and if emergencies arise outside of that window, please do not hesitate reach out. I’ll do what I can to accommodate 🫶🏼 Thank you for your understanding!*** NEW PET PARENTS-save with this link! https://www.rover.com/sit/betsil38215 Pets are not just pets, they're family! Raised with cats and large breed dogs I am no stranger to being ignored, head booped, games of 'tag', fetch, and water play. I look forward to sharing some exercise, playtime/chilltime/grubtime with your fur babies! In need of a pet concierge? Look no further—I’m basically your pet’s personal go getter, ensuring they get everything they need! Potty breaks, walks, and food + water refills included! When you’re away, I’ll step in as your pet’s in-home bestie—making sure they’re safe, happy, and totally spoiled (in the responsible way). I follow your pet’s regular routine to a T—meals on time, fresh water, potty breaks, walks, playtime, and all the snuggles they’ll allow—because consistency is comfort. I’m big on attention to detail, so I’ll keep an eye on the little things too (mood, appetite, energy, the “I definitely didn’t get into anything” face), and I’ll treat your home with the same respect. Basically: your pet gets VIP care, and you get peace of mind—plus a new furry friend who thinks I’m pretty cool.
“Ashley was excellent with my dog! She is friendly, communicative, and consistent. I appreciate her being available when I needed it and I look forward to hiring her in the future.”

About: Hey there! We’re Jasmine & Gavin — a reliable, pet-loving duo offering thoughtful, hands-on care for your furry family. I (Jasmine) have experience as a kennel tech, and Gavin’s a lifelong dog lover with a soft spot for boxers. Whether it’s a quick potty break or daily care while you’re away, we make sure your pet feels safe, loved, and seen. 🐶 Why We Love Pet Sitting Animals have always been a huge part of our lives. Between us, we’ve cared for dogs big and small, clingy cats, seniors needing meds, and playful puppies who never run out of energy. What we love most is building trust — not just with the pets, but with you. There’s nothing better than seeing a pet relax and enjoy themselves while their humans are away. Our schedule is super flexible — we work together as a team, so there’s always someone available when your pet needs care. Whether you need an early morning potty break, a midday drop-in, or a late evening visit, we’re happy to work around your pet’s routine. We’re available most weekdays, weekends, and holidays, and we do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings when possible. If you have a specific timeframe or routine your pet is used to, just let us know — we’re happy to follow it closely! 🐕 About Our Services We offer 30- and 60-minute drop-in visits that fit around your pet’s usual routine. Every visit is customized to what your pet needs — whether that’s a walk, playtime, meals, meds, or just some good company. We’re a team, so you get more flexibility and availability, and your pet gets more consistent care. We’re also happy to help with multiple pets, puppies, special needs, or senior care. 🏡 What You Can Expect From a Visit Each visit includes food, water, potty breaks, cleanup, playtime, and lots of love. If your pet needs medication, we’ve got that covered too. You’ll always get an update with photos so you know exactly how your pet’s doing. We treat every animal like our own — with patience, care, and attention to the little things.

About: I grew up around dogs and have always had a love for them. I have experience caring for dogs of different sizes, personalities, and energy levels. Whether it’s walks, feeding, playtime, or just keeping them company, I make sure each dog gets the attention and care they need. I also have my own dog, so I understand how important it is to trust someone with your pet and keep them happy, safe, and well-loved. I care for my own cat and dog daily, so pet care is already a natural part of my routine. I plan my day around feedings, walks, playtime, and training, which makes it easy for me to give other pets consistent attention and care throughout the day. I have hands-on experience caring for both cats and dogs, including training. My dog is leash-trained and knows multiple tricks, and my cat is trained as well, so I understand structure, patience, and consistency. I follow all care instructions closely, prioritize safety at all times, and make sure pets feel comfortable, secure, and loved in their home environment.

About: Ive had cats and dogs my entire life, along with a guinea pig (briefly (class pet)). I have experience with all ages of animal, including several “end of life” animals that required special care. I am a full time college student, studying architecture. I spend week days from 8-3 in school, and tutor occasionally in the evenings. I am available most days in the evenings for about 1-2 hours and almost every weekend (excluding a few hours each day for school). I am open to overnight stays in your home as long as the animals can be cared for early in the morning and left alone until early/mid afternoon. I do not do in home care, but am comfortable with all homes, including apartments. I do not care if the pets stay in a crate, room, or specific area of the house, and am also happy to have them with me at all times if that is how you prefer them to be cared for.

Whether you want a solo or group walk depends on your dog's personality. Solo walks can be beneficial for dog parents with reactive dogs, puppies, or dogs who are anxious around unfamiliar animals. Many dog walkers on Rover offer private, one-on-one walking services.
Group walks are a good fit for social dogs who enjoy structured walks. If your dog prefers the energy of a group stroll, ask your dog walker about group walks in your Blue Hill. Since all dog walkers are local, they may have a neighborhood dog who is a good walking companion to yours.
For dog walking services, you can request a report card update with specifics about your dog’s walk. Report cards require photos and can include a map of the walking route , total walk time, poop and pee breaks, and distance traveled, so you know exactly where your dog has been walking in Blue Hill.

Yes, you can find walkers who have experience with handling special pet needs in Blue Hill. On Rover:
- 98% of walkers can help with special care needs
- 100% can help with giving oral medications or injections
- 95% can help with daily exercise
You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
