About: While in nursing school I would dog walk, petsit, house sitting to earn pocket money. Since then we’ve owned 4 male Golden Retrievers. Sweet boys! I’m currently working as an RN in Raleigh and have taken off the month of July to spend in the fresh mountain air. I am an avid walker - so why not incorporate some dog walks! Our beloved Hank dog passed away this past spring. Missing him! I am mostly interested in WALKING and drop-in visits. At this point I’m not seeking pet overnights. And, seeing as I am renting my landlord would not allow pets in the rental space.

About: I have grown up with all sizes and ages of dogs from an elderly black Lab to a baby Maltese Shitzu. I love all types of animals and have pet-sat for many people, including coworkers, neighbors, and roommates. I am a recent graduate of Appalachian State University living in Boone for the summer. Then moving to Greenville, NC in the Fall to attend East Carolina University for graduate school. I am available anytime! About: I have had pets in my life for as long as I can remember. I’ve taken care of dogs, cats, fish, lizards, and even tarantulas! I work a typical 9-5 and can be available before going into work, after work and before bedtime. I have the ability to work from home some days when needed. I will pay attention to the details you leave for me and communicate very clearly throughout the process. I think routine is important to animals and I intend to respect that.

About: I’ve always had a love for animals and understand that every pet has their own personality and routine. I take the time to get to know each pet so they feel comfortable, safe, and cared for while you’re away. Whether it’s playtime, walks, cuddles, or simply keeping them company, I treat every pet like they’re my own. My goal is to give you peace of mind knowing your furry family member is in loving, reliable hands. As a college student, I don’t have the time to have a pet of my own right now, so pet sitting is the perfect way for me to spend time with animals while helping other pet owners. I genuinely enjoy caring for pets, whether that means going on walks, playing, or simply keeping them company. Pet care fits well into my schedule, and I love being able to give pets the attention and care they deserve while their owners are away. I primarily provide care in my clients’ homes because I believe pets are happiest and most comfortable in their familiar environment. I follow each pet’s normal routine, including feeding, walks, playtime, medication (if needed), and lots of love and attention. I also make sure their home stays clean and secure while they’re away. If I care for a pet in my own home, I’ll provide a safe, calm, and pet-friendly environment where they receive plenty of supervision, exercise, and affection.

About: I have 2 dogs and 2 cats that need a lottt of work. I also volunteered with cats at the Humane Society back in highschool. I am currently doing an internship where I will be busy from 10-5 Tuesdays and Thursdays but other than that I am mostly free! My pets are all indoor, but I love taking them on walks/runs and playing outside. Also, I can get them in a crate if they need to!

About: I grew up on a farm and so I have been taking care of a variety of animals since I was a child. I’ve had many dogs and cats as well as other farm animals so I have a wide range of experiences. I am capable of both infant and senior animal care if needed as well. I am currently a student and working part time but I have lots of time before and after my classes and work to care for animals, I have a car and live close to the town center of Boone. I have my own cat who I take care of but I love to spend time with any animal I care for making sure they get enough socialization in addition to any feeding or cleaning they might need.

About: I have been fostering dogs for 15 years now, and have 5 years of pet sitting experience. I have worked with high and low energy dogs, as well as dogs with disabilities such as seizures and diabetes. I love all animals and am committed to making your pets time away from you as comfortable as possible! I currently work part-time, but only during the evenings, so I am available for a majority of the day to care for pet needs. I am a somewhat early riser and also know of the unnecessary stress put on an animal when their daily routines are disrupted, so I am adaptable when it comes to dogs with stricter schedules. I am only providing drop-in services as I have two dogs of my own. I am comfortable walking dogs of all sizes and with issues of pulling and leash aggression. I work to maintain a clean environment for the animal as well as keeping them entertained and healthy.

About: I’ve taken care of all kinds of dogs & cats for years and I have been reliable for every owner I worked for. I have walked, watched, and played with all dogs & cats , and make sure they’re loved. I have also assisted in dog care such as helping one giving birth to 8 puppies! I am currently a full time student at Lipscomb University, but can work Tuesdays, Thursdays, ,Fridays and weekends. Whatever is needed I can work around! I have had a great amount of experience with dogs as I grew up surrounded by them. I can walk and play fetch for however long and if needed, just check in and let them use the bathroom! I love giving them affection and make sure they’re comfortable! I am also the biggest cat lover, and can do just about anything for and with your cat!

About: I have two family dogs of my own ages 8 and 7. Beyond caring for these two, I have walked a golden retriever occasionally for a while and assisted with neighbor care of other dogs. I am currently a full time employee, but beyond my work I am more than happy to come play and walk your fur baby! While I work a traditional 8-5, I am happy to come by on my lunch break and after work. I am happy to bring your dog around town for a good walk. I am also happy to just walk them in your neighborhood and play with your dog for extended time depending on the day of the week.

About: Throughout middle and high school I was a local dog sitter to several different families in my neighborhood. Now, I spend my time volunteering at the local animal shelter or pet sitting. I currently am in graduate school at Appalachian State. I am only in class Monday and Tuesdays and the rest of the week I work part time at a school. I’m able to come home in between classes to spend time with pets and let them outside. I care for pets like I would my own! I make sure that they have everything they need for their happiness and wellbeing. Dogs and cats get especially anxious when their owners leave, so I understand the importance of giving them extra love and care!

About: I grew up with two dogs in my house, a pug and an English lab. I have extensive experience caring for animals and have cared for many pets for neighbors, friends, and family since I was in my teenage years. I am able to walk high energy dogs and have the flexibility with my schedule to spend 30 minutes to one-hour visits if needed. I just started a new job in Boone which means I have more flexibility in the spring/summer, less in the fall/winter. I can commit to short but frequent visits and/or longer drop ins that can include a walk and some play time. I am able to drive to your house and safely care for your animals. I grew up with animals and around animals making me comfortable with all breeds and temperaments. I am extremely detail oriented and have wide experience house sitting and dog/cat sitting. I enjoy getting animals outside for walks or taking them to a dog park for fresh air and new smells.
