About: I grew up with cats (5 to be exact) and a dog. Since that time, I have lived with a dog for the past two year. I have been cat and dog sitting for three years in Durango and in my previous home in Salt Lake City. I love most animals and have a lot of patience and love! I work remotely 9-5 from Monday-Thursday, so I can be home with your pet all day! I can walk them before and after work, and let them out to use the bathroom anytime during the day. My only requirement is a quiet space to work and good internet. I will be patient and loving with your pet. I know it takes time for pets to warm up to new people. I am good at approaching animals slowly and calmly so that they feel safe with me!

I am currently training to become a certified dog trainer! Rem & Tan is my small business entity, named after my fur babies. My goal is to become a full-time trainer, service dog trainer, groomer, walker, sitter, and much more. My ongoing education will be apart of my daily work with pet walking and sitting, to ensure every animal gets exactly what they need! I am currently pursuing my training credentials and Rem & Tan! My schedule is open. I am available 24/7 with notice. I can do early mornings and late night walks/check-ins! I have a fenced front and back yard. “Shondalyn is an animal lover par excellence! I have known her since she was a youngster and even then she loved every animal she cam in contact with. She has two wonderful dogs of her own and maintains a loving, yet disciplined, relationship with her own pets. I have trusted her to care for my pets on many occasions and found them totally happy and peaceful upon my return. I have also visited with Shondalyn about her experiences as a house/pet setter for people in her community. I would highly recommend Shondalyn to any pet owner needing a temporary solution to pet care needs.”

“Eric is responsible, a great communicator, affordable, and great with your pet. Eric has dog sat my large, rambunctious dog many times and has been great every tiekI can't recommend him highly enough!”

Jessie U.
“Jessie walks our dog Louie multiple times a week when we have extra long work days, and has house sat with Louie once before, and went above and beyond. Louie was a stray we found, and Jessie has helped us begin to train him, lent us his first kennel, and went so far as to find us the best harness and leash style for his breed (He is my first dog so I was so lost!!!!) Louie loves his time with Jessie and her helpful tips and presence in his life I believe have greatly helped him assimilate to our home. His separation anxiety and lack of leash training made our start very difficult but now he's so much more confident and happy! Her compassion for animals and the care she gives our special guy is unmatched. We just love her!!”
