Alexandria was absolutely phenomenal! We get so anxious leaving our puppy when we travel because he struggles with separation anxiety, but Alexandria made the entire experience so easy and stress-free for us. She kept us updated throughout our trip with tons of photos, videos, and thoughtful updates on how he was doing. Sarah is great. She was able to accommodate Ranger last minute after our usual sitter had to cancel on us and worked with us after our flight home to pick him up was delayed. Ranger was in great hands during his stay and I could tell he enjoyed himself every minute because he was always either playing or cuddling someone
