About: Hello! I have been helping with animals since I was young, I grew up in a family that had several cats and dogs over the years. I had a personal Australian Shepard that I cared for and loved her dearly. She kept me going when I was training for my half marathon. I worked in a Vet Hospital as a receptionist but helped out in the kennel area as well. I spent the last year in Hawaii where I took care of a family member's dog while they were on different deployments. My husband and I moved to Rapid City with the Air Force and he is also a major dog lover! We have a fenced in yard and have plenty of space inside for your furry friend! I personally have a two year old blue tick coonhound mix named MacKenzie and a one year named Kit who is a beagle/ terrier mix. I would be very interested in loving on your animal and taking him or her on walks and to the park! I have experience with both large and small dogs as well as cats and other little critters. I am not a huge fan of birds but can be persuaded to care for birds too. We also welcomed a newborn baby into our lives this August so we do have one child currently. I am home most of the day and am able to provide whatever type of care is needed. We also have cameras and a dog safe area. I will follow what is requested for pet care. We know how important routine is for a pet and I would want someone to care my dogs the same way.
