About: I grew up on a farm and have been around animals my whole life. I have experience caring for animals of all ages, young to senior. I work from home so I am able to care for pets at pretty much all times of the day. I live on an acreage and can provide lots of play time, runs, walks, stimulation etc. I will love your pet as if it's my own, animals are my passion. I can administer medicine if needed. I can also provide care for all farm animals(cows, horses, goats, chickens, you name it). New Rover members- get $20 off your first booking with my code GIANNJ24050 ! I work from home and therefore available to tend to your pet at pretty much all hours of the day. I have 1 dog of my own that I play with throughout the day. I'm pretty flexible. I have 1 dog that loves to play and will keep your dog company if you board. I can provide runs, walks, & playtime whenever for your pup. Dogs are fed either in their own kennel or in separate rooms to avoid conflict among dogs(food guarding etc). Dogs are allowed to be on furniture. If not boarding, I provide playtime at your house and/or walks if necessary. Whatever your fury friend needs to feel loved and exercised. I also provide photos and updates while in my care!

“She was wonderful with my baby, send pictures and updates everyday. I requested her last minute and make time to meet with me and my dog and take care of him. Wonder experience”

About: Hello! I'm a lifelong animal lover with hands-on experience caring for puppies, dogs, cats, and even horses. Whether it’s going for long walks, giving belly rubs, or just spending quality time, I truly enjoy connecting with animals of all kinds. I understand the unique needs of each pet and treat them like family—because that’s how I’d want mine cared for. From energetic pups to mellow cats, I’m here to give them all the love, attention, and care they deserve! I am currently a Nursing student with a busy schedule, but make sure to provide the love and care your pets need! I am very flexible and would love to make a schedule that works for both of us. I care for your pets the same way I'd care for mine; lots of love, belly rubs, and only the best service. Providing a safe and trusting relationship between owner and myself.

“Wonderful to have a dog lover come in and walk my dogs when I’m away! She was always there when she said she would be and took them for good long walks! Will definitely use again!”

About: Hi! I’m Christina, and I’m passionate about animals! We are available for daily stays during your vacation, summer stays, and Sturgis! I’ve been pet-sitting for over 10 years, and it’s been a wonderful way for me to combine my love of animals with a flexible schedule. I started when I began working remotely, and I’ve had extensive experience with both in-home pet sitting and dog walking. I know how hard it can be for pets and their owners when they’re apart, so I always strive to make the experience as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Keeping your pets active and entertained is one of my top priorities, whether it's a fun walk, playtime, or simply providing companionship. I work full-time with a flexible schedule, so I’m able to spend a lot of time with your animals during the day. Plus, my fiancé , Jeremy, assists me with my services. Jeremy works full-time remotely in IT, which allows him to help with pet sitting and walking whenever needed. This means your pets will receive plenty of attention and care throughout the day. Whether it’s for a short stay or a longer period, we’re happy to accommodate your needs and make sure your pets are well cared for and loved while you’re away. If you have any questions or specific requests, I’d be more than happy to answer them. We look forward to helping you and your furry friend! I'm a full time professional with a flexible schedule. I'm able to spend the majority of the weekdays with them and can spend all the time on in the evenings and weekends. I'm also available to check in or stay with your animals while you are in town for vacation and need coverage for a few hours. Their safety is my top priority while you are away. I keep a good eye on them and don't like to by physically away from them for long as I know it can be a hard transition sometimes.

About: I’ve grown up around animals my entire life. From my mom breeding puppies since I was a baby to me now having my own 2 cats and a lizard. I’ve stayed up all night with dogs and cats giving birth, I’ve raised kittens and puppies to 8 weeks old and beyond. Available evenings during the week and anytime during the weekends! Give me the opportunity to take care of your fur baby! I look forward to hearing from you! In my home I have 2 cats, a cat tree, and plenty of cat toys! Along with 2 roommates that absolutely adore animals as much as I do.

“Laura has been great to work with. She has been able to make my anxious dog very comfortable and happy. She goes above and beyond, would highly recommend her services!”

About: I have house sat multiple times for the same families, which included care for both dogs and cats. One family had ill animals that needed special pills and diets, while the other had a puppy who needed walks to remain calm. I follow the instructions of the owners as best I can, and attempt to give the animals as much love and attention as I can offer. I was paid professionally to care for animals when I worked as a personal assistant for three years. I know that it can be hard work to care for animals, but I am willing to put forth the effort for them. I have had and cared for them all of my life, and I look forward to caring for yours! I work full time, but can be flexible with my lunch break. At the least, I could drop in three times a day or stay with them in the evenings. On weekends, if I am petsitting or dropping in, your pup or cat would be my highest priority and my schedule is much more flexible. Petsitting: When staying at a client's home, I keep the area tidy and try to spend more time with the pet than not. When I am not at work, I would be able to walk, play, and cuddle to their heart's content. If I have social plans, I adjust them to the pets needs so they are not left alone for too long. Dogwalking & Drop-Ins: After walking/playing with/checking on your pup, I would ensure they have adequate water and a treat, then give them some time to rest. Once I've ensured they've cooled down, I would let them out once more before topping off their water and leaving them for a nap. During the work weeks, walks would be at noon and after 5pm, but weekends are flexible.

“Monet is fantastic. My kiddos loved her from the moment she walked in the door. She is calm, patient and attentive and made sure they stayed on their routine. Will definitely have Monet watch my kiddos again.”

“Raven is amazing with my 21 month old German Shepard. I just had hip surgery and need someone to help provide him exercise, mental stimulation. She is sweet, friendly and very communicative. My ‘pup’ misses her the days I don’t have scheduled! I totally trust her with my dog!!”

“Tina is fantastic. She was totally reliable and so sweet to my pups! She walked them 3 times a week and was never late or unavailable! Thanks Tina-”

“Vanessa did a great job with walking and feeding my 2 dogs while I was gone . Always on time . My first time using Rover and I highly recommend her.”

“Nathan is phenomenal with Billy!! He not only takes him for walks but he helps him learn tricks and shows Billy all the attention he so craves. He is a puppy so patience is necessary and Nathan definitely has that. Nathan is great with communication as well, always letting me know how Billy is doing and if he sees that maybe something is off with Billy health wise. I definitely trust him to take great care of my pup. :)”

“Matilyn did a great job walking our dogs! She also let me that our female dog was showing signs of a UTI. Took her to the Vet the next day and sure enough, our dog did have a UTI! We would definitely rebook Matilyn!”

“The walk was a good distance for my dog. Everything was put away as asked.”

About: Hello, my name is Sheldon and I grew up in The Black Hills, South Dakota, with my dog and best friend, Duke! We had the best of times adventuring through the ponderosa pines of the forests, scaling its mountains, hiking it’s trails, kayaking it’s waters, playing, swimming, EATING and just having fun as brothers do! Moving away.. far away to attended college, I haven’t seen Duke in over three years. I miss those times and would love to make new relationships with your pups! I understand that pets are much more than just animals, they are family and should be treated as such, with patience and love! I have experience walking, sitting and boarding dogs with some knowledge on training! Im very excited to meet your puppers! During the winter season I am available at all times. My primary work is seasonal and takes place in the summer as a fisherman in Alaska. When I care for pets at a clients home I treat the pet as if it were my own family and I treat the house as it were my own home. In other words, I practice respect.

About: My love of animals and their care has been lifelong. I work fulltime but am currently able to offer drop-in visits in the early Morning hiurd, after hours, and on the weekends, and can care for any plants and mail that might need attention while you are gone. Coverage only in West Boulevard Historical District. Note that my drop-in visits are usually an hour and ideally I will want to meet with you and your pets to review what you might need and want while you are away. This advance visit lets me meet your pet and help transition them to my temporary care while you are gone. However, if you need me for an emergency drop-in because you are stranded due to weather or another reason, I can try to help. I am comfortable with animals of all types including cats, dogs, rabbits, birds, reptiles and fish. This includes caring for and treating senior animals and giving medications. Most shy and reclusive pets will come to me. In addition to giving clients a daily update and asking questions as they come up, my trademark is taking quality photos of their pets on a daily basis. In my profile, see examples of photos that I have taken. My schedule is able to accommodate morning, afternoon, and evening visits. I am also available on weekends. To the best of my ability, I will arrive and depart at the same times. I take all the time necessary to get to know a pet in their own home. This is especially important for cats and senior pets. My easy-going photo sessions help with that.

“Errin is the absolute best!!! My babies just love her. The would anticipate her coming and get excited when they seen her. She went above and beyond! Will definitely be calling on her again!!!”

About: I have taken care of dogs of all ages and sizes. During a lot of different health conditions. If your babies get anxious, let me be a calming presence for them. I am currently working full-time. I have most evenings and weekends available. My schedule doesn't have a set end time, we just work until the job is done. 6:30 pm is usually the latest we will work. I, unfortunately, can't have animals where I live. So, I would need to care for your pet in your home. I have found that is usually better for the comfort of your animals.

“Mary cared for our three cats over a 2-week vacation. She was very communicative; every evening we got a short update email and a couple photos, and it was clear that the cats got plenty of attention and playtime. 20. Dennae R.
“The best sitter I’ve ever had! My dogs might like her more than me…honestly! Haha. As an owner of an epileptic dog, it’s always nerve wrecking to leave them in the hands of just anyone. Dennae gave him meds every 8 hours, exercised/walked all 80lbs of him twice daily, and acted like a pro when he had a seizure while we were gone..the worst case scenario. She administered his emergency medication, monitored him and journaled every important detail. All while keeping us completely in the loop. I can’t speak more highly of her! 🐾🖤”
