About: People often say I have a way with animals. They always seem drawn to me immediately, even when they are wary of others. I feel honored that animals feel this way about me because I feel the same about them! I have cared for many dogs of all sizes as well as owned cats. I have volunteered at a dog rescue in Thailand that has many disabled dogs as well as fostered cats/kittens here at home. I have a big fenced yard with both grass and forest to run and play. I don’t have multiple dogs staying with me at one time ( unless discussed in advance) so your baby will get all the attention. Although I will never replace you, I can provide love and safety until you return (and probably some treats and adventures too!) I'm currently not working and can dedicate my time to pet/house sitting and care. As you can see from my photo gallery, I love all animals and have volunteered at a dog rescue in Thailand, fostered kittens at home, and have seen very cool animals in the wild and at animal rescues/sanctuaries around the world. (I always vet them to make sure they are ethical and doing legit work) I have a large fenced yard and indoor space for cats or dogs. We have plenty of shade and are also willing to take pets with us on outings. I live with my husband and son and they also love and respect animals. As far as caring for pets at someone else's home, I can stay at your house or check in as often as needed. I will play with them, feed them, bathe them, take them places (if requested) and give them love. I know they miss their people and its not the same without you, but I do my best to make them feel safe and comfortable.

About: I love being with older and disabled animals. I have my experience from working in Animal Shelters for about 2 years, doggie daycares, pet crematories and also petsitting for different companies and myself over 20 yrs. I am a full time traveling pet/housesitter with my 14 yr old pup. About: Some of my earliest memories are of taking care of Queensland Heeler puppies in my outdoor playhouse. My parents were breeders & ever since then I’ve had a very special connection to dogs! I have taken care of many different types of furry friends from puppies to seniors, from chihuahuas to Belgian Malinois. I have also fostered rescues in my home from time to time. All while having two dogs myself! Looking to build a relationship with a few clients who need their pups walked daily/ boarded while they are away at work or vacation. About: I have taken care of various dogs through the years. All sizes and ages. Usually love to take them on long walks and hikes around my neighborhood. About: Since 2023, my paid experience has included overnight and daytime home stays, for up to 24 hours at a time or weekly. Imagine a Mary Poppins for your beloved pets who provides the social and emotional support to buffer you during long getaways. Two walks daily, if needed, by forest or urban trail. I am here to ensure the proper amount of exercise. I am here to guide the fun, support the snuggles, and provide proper nutrition. Multiple types of animals welcome. I have passed numerous background checks as an elementary school substitute teacher. So I have full availability overnight, on weekends, and for extended periods between Nevada County and Placer County. I usually stay a week or more with fur babies. You can relax knowing I am keeping the utmost care and safety of your animals and home. References on request. I want to clarify during our visit if you need care at the 2-hour, 4-hour, or 6-hour interval beyond the overnight stay of 7 pm to 7 am. Communication is key! I will send daily pictures or updates. For best prevention, talking about the details with the owner and ground rules produces the best results. Topics will include where the pet feels most comfortable such a calm spaces or crating procedures. I make sure to go over emergency contacts and preferred clinics. Also, I keep a clean environment that ensures the safety of pets for food handling.

About: After a long hiatus I am back dog sitting:) I’ve been surrounded by dogs my entire life and currently share my home with two wonderful, energetic husky-shepherd mixes. About: I have been an animal lover my entire life. I am 52 years old and began walking my neighbors' dogs and housesitting for friends. When I lost my soulmate Layla after 14 years, I found a big void in my life. Being around animal energy is so fulfilling for me. This is when I decided to offer my love to others fur babies. About: I grew up with dogs, cats, and bunnies. I have worked at two animal shelters caring for all kinds of dogs with many different temperaments. I have a wonderful 8 year old dog that I got as a puppy. I took him to training classes and socialized him so I have a lot of experience in this realm. I understand how important it is to provide a safe, loving environment for the animals in our lives. I'm currently in grad school at UVa and have more flexibility right now. I can be over early and stay late depending on your proximity. I am currently only accepting requests in the pets own home, so I trust the pet owners to provide me with the information I need to make sure your pet is safe and happy at home. About: I have had taken care of many of my own personal pets and family pets. I have gone over to feed them and watch over them while the owners are out of town and also been in charge of giving them their medicine. I love dogs and I like playing with them. I see them as people too so I like talking to them and making a new friend. I am available most of the time since I only have a part-time job.
