“I thought Miku was shy but Kade is special. Everyday of watching Miku I felt more and more comfortable and confident in their ability to take care of my fur baby! They even had a flexible enough schedule so that I could add time halfway through the week! I received plenty of pictures & details that made me happy. Very grateful I chose Kade ❣️🙏”

“Highly recommend Elizabeth! She was great with Huey and sent me updates and photos everyday :) Huey was so happy when I came home, and I know that's because he had a great time with his new friend, haha! Would use her again, for sure.”

“Rachel did a wonderful job during her drop-in’s with my two dogs while we were away for 4 days! Her communication was excellent, and we enjoyed seeing photos of how happy our dogs were during her visits! One of our dogs can be very timid, but he came out of his shell by her second visit!”

“Wow! Can't say enough good thinks about Lila. We were in a bind as our pet coverage plans fell through at the last minute. Lila's quick response and communication put our trip back on track. She was prompt to squeeze in a meet & greet, which went great as she made good effort to connect with our four-legged family member. Scheduled her for several check-ins over couple days while we were gone. She was more than generous with her time and efforts to engage with my dog. We loved getting the updates, pics and videos with the Rover app. Lila's updates were informative and put our minds at ease. We will definitely be using her again and strongly encourage others to consider her for your needs.”

“Kyla did a great job looking after my cats. It was easy to set things up, she arrived as scheduled, communicated well throughout, and my cats liked her too.”

“This was our first time using Rover and we are so glad we found Jeffrey. He took such great care of our diabetic cat so we could rest easy on vacation.”

“Thank you Thane for taking care of Godfrey! He looked really happy on every pictures that Thane sent us. Highly recommend for cat siting with Thane!”

“Sophie did a great job taking care of our kitties! She sent lots of photos and we felt better leaving them while we were on vacation knowing she was there.”

“Kathleen was able to come check on my pup without tons of notice and she was absolutely incredible. So communicative, loved on the pup and took the cutest photos of him. Would totally recommend her and will absolutely use Kathleen again !”

“Thanks so much! Kirby was on time and so great with the puppy! Such a relief knowing that our puppy is getting such great attention from someone we can trust!”

“My slightly curmudgeonly JRT mix loved loved loved Catherine immediately. She's usually a little bit suspicious of new people, but not Catherine.”

“Maria is awesome to work with. She responded to my initial request quickly and suggested the meet and greet. We set a time and date to meet and she was very proactive when her other appointments had her running behind to send me a message asking if we could meet just a bit later than originally planned. She asked great questions and got the lay of the land pretty quickly. On the day she was doing the drop-in visits she was on time and made sure to leave a picture of Morty for me. I would/will book Maria again when she is available as she was very professional and her communication is top-notch.”

“Cynthia was a great pup-sitter, and kept me well informed with pictures and updates! Sebastian tends to be anxious and he looked like he didn’t miss a beat of belly rubs, cuddles, walks and attention. She communicated all needs and changes in behavior during my time away! She was a great sitter!”

“Devinder is very friendly and makes sure your pet gets the care they need. My dog Sylvester is being left alone in the home for the first time since COVID started and Devinder makes him feel comfortable while I'm away. Devinder is great about sending updates and photos. Definitely booking again!”

“We reached out to Jessica, because she seemed like a fit for our elderly dog with high medical needs. She was warm, accommodating, and she would have been the perfect fit had our dog not passed away before she could begin providing him care. She had not previously injected a dog, but she was a trooper - coming over for a visit, and gave Ricky insulin with ease. I also felt safe giving her a key to my home. I have already told my best friend (who has three dogs) about her, and while we are heartbroken by the circumstances, we remain hopeful we will encounter her through our dog loving friends who consistently need the kind of support I am confident she provides. Thank you again, Jessica.”

“Abby is absolutely wonderful! This was our first time using Rover and she made it so easy. We have two cats that needed oral medication twice a day for a week. We could rest easy knowing she had it covered. She kept us informed with daily updates and photos. Highly recommended!”

“Elle always does such an amazing job with our 2 cats! We just got back from a trip that was over a week, and getting the pictures every day from Elle after her visit made us feel confident that the kitties were well taken care of! It’s so nice to be able to leave town and know Elle is visiting!”

“I’m never using anyone else! Tyler has a genuine love and passion for animals that shows in her visits and when she hosts. You won’t just get pictures of your dog playing in backyard - she actually spends time with your pup”

About: I have taken care of my family and neighbors’ pets whenever they needed someone to watch their animals. I have worked with senior animals, puppies, kittens, and animals who need extra care/special needs. I am still searching for a job, I have a lot of free time so I can take care of pets at any time of the week. I make sure to follow any specific instructions left for the animal’s care. Walks, play time, and clean up are down regularly between getting other tasks done. Animals are usually fed twice or three times a day unless there are specific instructions otherwise. Basically I will follow whatever instructions are needed.

About: I'm officially back and excited to work with new clients! What really sets me apart is my genuine love for animals of all shapes, sizes, and personalities. Through my volunteer work with rescue organizations, humane societies, and wildlife rehabilitation centers, I've learned to connect with pets who might be shy, anxious, or just need a little extra patience. I'm especially comfortable with senior pet care (thanks to my own elderly cats), medication administration, and working with special needs animals. My late staffie rescue taught me that the most misunderstood dogs often make the most loyal companions, so I have a real soft spot for bully breeds and "difficult" cases. I've also got experience with puppy energy management – I can tire out even the most determined zoomie sessions! Friends joke that I'm a "cat whisperer," though I'll admit one particularly stubborn feline took me 15 years to win over. Whether your pet needs gentle senior care, high-energy adventures, or just someone who won't blink at their quirky habits, I'm here for it. No creature is too unusual – I've cared for everything from traditional pets to more exotic companions! After leaving academia to pursue my passion for writing and art, I've discovered the joy of a flexible schedule. I spend most of my time outdoors anyway (turns out fresh air is much better for creativity than stuffy lecture halls), so having some four-legged companions along for the adventure sounds like a no-brainer. Plus, I've learned that pet adventures are the perfect antidote to writer's block. I believe every pet deserves to feel safe and loved while you're away. I'm experienced with administering medications, maintaining routines, and reading those subtle pet signals that tell you when something's not quite right. My own little crew includes two senior cats (14 and 17) and a wonderfully patient yellow lab who's basically a gentleman and a scholar. One of my cats has special needs, so I'm comfortable with medical care and know how important consistency is for our furry family members.

Ayanna R.
“Ayanna’s services were exceptional. She provided 24 hour in house care for our 55lb Golden doodle, Geachie, for 9 days in June and 9 days in July. Her duties included giving medication each morning, walking and playing with him, feeding twice a day and companionship. She did a spectacular job attending to Geachie’s needs with regards to scheduled and unscheduled bathroom breaks. Our house was kept clean and secure and Geachie loved spending time with her. I would definitely hire her again.”

Christine V.
“Christine has watched my 6 year old Corgi over several weekends, and I have always felt he was in good hands. She takes him on frequent walks and often sends photos to reassure me how he is doing. I highly recommend her for reliable and friendly pet care.”
