About: I have been pet sitting for about 15 years, everything from quick play dates to extended stays lasting over a month. I've worked with a variety of dogs including a 13-year old 4 pound chihuahua, a vizla that required 5 or more hours of solid exercise a day, a 160 pound mastiff that thought he was a lap dog, and a very scared dalmatian/husky/german shepherd mix that needed some serious work on social interations. I've dealt with skunk attacks, bee stings, an intestinal blockage and various types of aggression. I AM NOT CURRENTLY ABLE TO STAY OVERNIGHT DURING SITTINGS. I KEPT IT IN MY PROFILE BECAUSE IT IS LESS EXPENSIVE THAN BOOKING MULTIPLE DROP-INS At the end of last year I ended up taking in 3 Doberman puppies that I had dog sat for regularly. I was able to find a home of one of them but the other two are still with me. Because of this I am not able to do extended stays that require me to be gone overnight or dogs that cannot be left alone for a few hours due to separation anxiety or medical reasons. But if your dog is friendly please consider boarding! I currently work from home with flexible hours most of the time. My schedule is very accommodating and I love being able to take advantage of nice weather or last minute requests. The yard where I am is NOT fenced in, but it is very large with several acres of wooded area in the back. For dogs that need to stay on leash there is a long tie out and plenty of walks. I never let the dogs play outside without supervision. There are two other friendly dogs on the property (in addition to my own 2) and two dogs next-door that come over to play all the time. So we have our own mini, well-mannered, well-socialized dog park.

Growing up, my family and I regularly took in sick, injured, or abandoned animals, nursing them back to health and giving them the love they needed to thrive. I am a business owner who works remote - which makes fitting pet care into my schedule fairly easy. So long as I have a day or so for notice and am not currently booked with anyone else, I can typically make myself available. I can easily provide my services in your home in order to ensure the comfort of your pets. I’m happy to take them outside to play, go for walks, feed them, snuggle them, and ensure litter boxes and yards are cleaned up during my visit.

About: I’ve lived with cats and dogs ever since I could remember! I’ve been pet sitting for my family and friends since I was around 14-15 years old. Some of the pets I’ve previously pet sit include senior dogs, cats of all ages, rodents, fish, and even reptiles. I am comfortable with all sorts of animals, mammals or not. I always aim to treat every single animal with the upmost respect, and as much love and care as I can possibly give them! I’m available for late night drop ins (9:30pm-11:00pm) if needed/preferred, and depending on my shift schedule I can pop in during the morning or afternoon. My goal is to cause as little stress as possible for your animals while they are in my care. I like to introduce myself and give your pets time to warm up to me and get comfortable during the service. I try to follow their usual routine during feeding, walks, etc.

About: Over the years, I have owned 11 cats and 4 dogs, not to mention hamsters, guinea pigs and birds. I have always loved animals, and have a gentle approach to care as I think often our pets are scared enough when their owners need to be away. I enjoy trying to ease their fears or stressors, and getting their licks and purrs in return. I am recently retired and generally have a flexible schedule, depending on whether I'm traveling or not. Usually I'm able to work with your schedule. I believe in play and exercise as a way to ease the stress of owners being gone. But of course I listen to my clients and maintain whatever routine they think works for their pet. They know best. With my own dog, we walk twice a day and play occasional games in between (but she is an older chihuahua mix and mostly wants to sit by my side and take naps!). I lost my latest cat last year, but my daughter has a two year old kitty who LOVES to jump, run and play and it's so fun to see what he can get into!

About: I have taken care of dogs for family, friends, clients and coworkers for several years. I love animals of all kinds and am reliable, communicative, and pay close attention to pets in my care. Currently I work nights Sunday through Wednesday, so I’m currently not available for overnight stays on those days. I can stop by after work in the morning and throughout the day for check ins or walks. Thursday through Sunday (during the day) I’m available. About: I have always loved taking care of animals! I started my first job at a dog daycare when I was 16 and worked there for 5 years until I had to move away for college. I am currently working a full time job, but miss taking care of animals and would like to fit some time in whenever I can help! Safety is my number one concern when it comes to watching someone else’s pet. I always take extra precautions to make sure a pet can’t escape or harm themselves or anyone else. I’ve thoroughly learned dog behavior over the years so I can recognize easily and quickly if something may go wrong.

About: I have taken care of my own two dogs for 10 years now. I also cat sit and care for friends and family; including giving medications and special dietary needs. I work a flexible job from home and can do my best to meet your needs! I am home to take walks on my lunch break and let the dog out for frequent bathroom breaks. Fenced yard with two small dogs of my own (very friendly). I prefer to watch pets in my own home for extended stays and can be flexible.
