My husband and I met them twice prior to the holidays to get comfortable with the arrangement and they were more than willing and accommodating. Consistent and clear communication while we were gone along with photos were really appreciated. While we missed Pliny dearly on our trip, we felt comforted that he was under great care. Pliny returned home happy and clean and quickly adjusted back to home life. This is the best dog care experience we've had so far and we will absolutely continue to trust Chelsea and Derek for future trips.”

This was my first time leaving her and she unexpectedly had to have emergency surgery only 2 days before we left, but this turned out to be no concern at all.
