Dog Walkers in Big Sky, MT

About: Like many others in this world, my love for animals started as a child. I’ve owned dogs, cats, fish, ferrets, reptiles, amphibians etc. I have always admired the connection between “man” and dog and the loyalty and compassion that comes with it. I unfortunately had to put my dog down recently and so i am hoping that being able to help care for other peoples pups, will allow me the space to help heal this hole in my heart. Having cared for all of my friends and family’s animals over the years, everybody knows they can rely on me to provide the best care and entertainment for their furry friend. I work Mon-Friday 8-5 so i would ideally do best with clients who might work opposite schedules/in the evening or night. I live in Big Sky so i am available to be in most parts of town for pop ins during the day as well depending. I know that allowing a pet care service into your home can likely be a nervous or possibly uneasy experience for some people, however i think it is important to note that my respect goes beyond just that of your pet. I have respect for your space and your routine as well. I do like to leave a “report card” after each visit letting you know how the appointment went and what all we were up to! I take the time and care to understand your animal on a behavioral and emotional level to make them more comfortable in your absence, and yes i’ll likely talk to them throughout my visit in some weird dog voice, i can’t help it.

About: I had many different animals in my home growing up. I cared for numerous cats and dogs that were deeply loved. My husband and I raised a golden retriever together while I was in college. I have also cared for the pets of my friends and family, as well as other Rover clients. I'm looking forward to getting to know you and your pet! I am a local teacher with plenty of free time during my summers. This ranges from early June to late August. I am also potentially available during the school year. I treat every pet as if it were my own. I prioritize well-being and comfort. I will do my best to ensure your pet has a delightful experience.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs of every kind since I was 15. Neighbors, friends and family have relied on me to walk, feed and bathe their pets. I really love animals and they love me. I am working part-time usually evenings I can take care of your dog every day mornings or late evenings . We can go for walk or run I have a park about a 5 minute walk from me . Your pet will be in the best care. If they have any medications or behavioral needs please let me know for any safety concerns

About: I love dogs a furry creature. I enjoy long walks outside and playing games. Let me watch your furry friend while you are at work or the beach. I am super available not doing anything right now your pet will be my top priority. I enjoy long walks and fun games. About: Hi there! I’m a respectful, reliable, tidy, professional guy hoping to meet new furry friends in my Big Sky community while assisting you with your pet care. Dogs have been a part of my life since I was a child and I look forward to meeting yours! I am currently available Mon, Tues, & Weds. I work at a ski resort Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun, from 8am-4pm but could be available early mornings or evenings on those days. I live locally in the Big Sky community and drive a capable truck that can get to your pet no matter the weather. I’m happy to walk your dog in your neighborhood or take them to a more open space to get all their zoomies out!

I have experience pet sitting for a multitude of different pets ranging from parrots to guinea pigs to dogs and cats. I am committed maintaining peace of mind for pet owners through long term or short term stays. I typically work 6-2 but can check in on your pet during lunch breaks and before/after work. I can follow your schedule as much as possible! About: I've taken care of pets for most of my life. Growing up I had birds and fish and since I'm an adult I have had dogs. I also used to foster dogs, that's how I ended up with the love of my life - my dog Shandy. While fostering her, she stole my heart and she became my "foster failure" because I couldn't give her up and instead adopted her. She has been the light of my life but unfortunately I lost her 4 years ago. While I'm not ready for my next companion quite yet I still have Iots of love and cuddles to give and would love to love on yours. I've been taken care of friends and neighbors cats and dogs over the years. While I do work around 35 hours a week I will make time to take care of your pets. I offer walks, drop-ins and overnight and extended stays. Also available for the holidays. I'm available for walks, drop-ins or overnight and extended stays at your place or mine. I will feed, walk and exercise your pet and anything else you may need like administering medication.

About: Former no-kill animal-shelter volunteer. Has raised dachshunds, a Shiba Inu dog as a service dog, and a Chinese Crested dog. Taken on the responsibility of both Puppy litters, and taken care of geriatric dogs. I work 4 days a week, Thursday, Friday and Saturday night til 9:30 PM. Also a Sunday Brunch until 4 PM. I’m committed to working every dog sitting and walking job that’s available. I freed my parent’s animals including 4 small dogs and 3 cats as needed, and provide walks 2 to 3 times a day depending on dog.

About: Although I have more experience with cats, I have dog sat and walked for my grandparents off and on throughout the years. I have cared for both large and small dogs, but have more experience with younger dogs in general. I would be happy to learn how to care for an older pet. I am currently working part time, so I have some spare time for walks. I have a spacious vehicle for transporting big dogs, and live in a great neighborhood with lots of trails. I would always be sure to ask about your pets' habits, such as what they do and don't like, where their toys are, places they like to hide, and so on. I'd also make note of any rules you may have for them, like staying off furniture. I am house sitting at the moment, so I wouldn't be able to board your pet.

About: I was raised around several puppies as a kid. My family had 5 springer spaniels and I was often left at home to take care of them. As I grew older I developed a huge passion for taking care of other dogs. I have sat and watched several breeds from Vizlas to English Spaniels. I am very good at dealing with puppies and senior dogs alike. Your dogs comfort and safety is my top priority! I do currently work full time but I’m usually available in the early-mid morning and evenings. I am always willing to stay over at your place and I do get several days off where I work. I like to always meet the owner and ensure the dog and I are a match. I like to go over all specific instructions and write them down. If I’m dog sitting in your house I am usually always there outside of leaving for work. I will ensure your dog is in the house with access to a fenced yard or I will crate them if you wish. Before leaving I always ensure your dog has fresh water and food and when I return I always make sure to feed them right away and water them. If they’ve been in a kennel all day I like to let them out to play outside.

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs , cats, horses and many more animals for years. I’ve also owned dogs and cats for many years and take pride in my ability to love and care for animals. I’m available when you need someone to care for your animals. I work, but that doesn’t stop me from taking care of animals. As an owner I understand the importance of animals and care needed for them. I’m always at dog friendly places where they can run and get all that energy out, I train on ecollars and have worked well for me, no dog has ever been harmed in my care and I take such pride in that.
