About: I've had dogs my whole life. Grew up in a house with 2+ dogs near constantly. All family dogs were 60+ lbs each with the largest being 110lbs. My 75lb dog crossed the rainbow bridge Sept 2025, I am not ready for a dog full time but I do miss the company. I will spoil your dog. I do not care about breed. I am looking for weekends. I work full time, so I am ready to go around noon on Friday and depending on the needs can be around all weekend. Generally I do leave the house during the weekend for a couple hours during the day to do chores and stuff but other than that can be a total home body. If the dog is good on leash I have a great neighborhood to take walks. If you are looking for me to stay at your house over the weekend, I can provide as much potty coverage as you request. If you want me to stay over the week, I do have a day job with my schedule being 7-3. I have a 8ft privacy fence the whole way around my backyard with a dog door. I do not have a crate, but I can use yours if you want your dog crated. I follow your food rules. I used to make hot breakfast/dinner for my dog. I do keep some dog treats in the house but I will check with you if your dog can have that specific treat first and if there are any dietary needs. If you want me to stay in your house, lets write the rules down and I'm happy to do whatever. If you have poor cellphone service, it'd be great to get a wifi password.

Friends often call me an animal whisperer because even shy or nervous pets tend to warm up to me quickly. I work remotely, and am very active, so I have a flexible schedule and can give your pet plenty of attention (and activity)! I work remotely and have very flexible hours, so your pet will have plenty of time, walking, snuggling, and being active. I also attend run clubs where pets are allowed, so if your fur baby is social, I’ll happily take them! I have a backyard, and live in a community with plenty areas to walk and sniff. Pets are welcome to be on furniture and in bed! I’m an excellent communicator, and will work collaboratively with you to determine the best care plan for your pet.

I’m comfortable managing different personalities, routines, and making sure each pet gets the attention they need I currently work full-time in Annapolis Monday through Friday from 7:45 AM to 4:15 PM. I’m available for walks, drop-in visits, and care in the Annapolis area after 4:15 PM. I live in North Beach and typically arrive back around 5:00–5:30 PM, so I’m also available for evening care in that area. I am generally available throughout the week and weekends, with the exception of Wednesdays and Thursdays in the evenings due to a part-time job. I have reliable transportation and am happy to travel between Annapolis and North Beach. On weekends, I have open availability for walks, drop-ins, house sitting, or extended care. I’m also available for house sitting during the week, with the understanding that I’ll be at work during daytime hours (7:45 AM–4:15 PM), and unavailable Wednesday and Thursday evenings. I make sure pets are fed on schedule, get plenty of walks and playtime, and feel happy and comfortable. I’m also happy to give baths and trim nails if requested. About: Besides my own dogs that I have taken care of since I was very young, I also have been relied on to take care of family and neighbor dogs. Most dogs that I have cared for have been geriatric, and I am extremely patient with them, and strong enough to even lift the larger dogs when they can’t lift themselves. Before coming to MD, I worked on a farm and interacted with dozens of dogs every day. I have never met a dog that hasn’t liked me, or one I haven’t liked. I work from home and so can easily step out for a drop-in or house sit and work from your home. I can do early morning or late evening according to need. I am unable to board your dogs. However, I am more than able to watch your dogs in your home. When in a client’s home, my philosophy is to only touch what is needed. The client’s direction and privacy is key to a good relationship, as well as my discretion.

I have lots of experience in caring for animals from reptiles to mammals. I am very physically active and love to spend time outside so long walks and exercise is both fun for me and your pet. I am currently looking for a part time job my schedule is open for the relative future and any changes to my schedule will be minimal, I am fully available for a consistent walking or care schedule for your pet. I care for my dog with long walks, exercise/play time with his favorite toys or enrichment games. I also have a back and front yard at my house that my dog loves to play in with a park and beach access that allows dogs. When I care for bigger dogs I love to take them to the park in my neighborhood or one nearby to play fetch.
