I've had numerous experiences caring for dogs of different temperaments and medical conditions, whether the animal was closely related through family or friends or through my place of work. Additionally, I am a former animal studies major and have spent several years learning and understanding different ways domesticated animals can communicate their needs. My goal is to ensure each animal is given the proper mental and physical enrichment they need to thrive in their loving home. Through my extensive research and knowledge, I foster a safe environment that ensures your dog/cat will receive the best care for their specific breed's needs and requirements. I strive every day to give each fur baby the love and life they deserve:)

Safety, trust & environment
If for any reason an emergency visit is needed, I can swing by and check in with your fur baby. I can crate dogs easily and work on building confidence with shy/anxious dogs. Additionally, I update owners about patterns of feeding, bowel movements, or any changes in everyday life to ensure comfort. The safety of your pet is my top priority, and I strive to uphold that through attentive one-on-one play and monitoring of any physical or mental changes.

Lucy is a dog lover in the truest sense of the word! She has dog sat my big hound dogs several times over the last two years and there is no one I would trust more than Lucy to look after my dogs. She goes the extra mile and the extra minutes — when she’s supposed to walk them for an hour, she often does 90 minutes. They come back happy and tired! One day I came home to find Lucy lying on the floor with a dog lying on either side of her — all of them were super happy!! She is responsible, reliable, timely and trustworthy. She truly loves working with dogs and my dogs love her dearly!! If all rover employees were like Lucy your business would thrive!!
Lucy has been at Dogwood Arches tending to pets for the past three summers, she also has many side jobs with cat and dog sitting through out the years. Lucy is very responsible and treats each pet with special care. Because of her work at a pet retreat she is very knowledgable about all sort of breeds and types of animals which make her a valuable employee and worker. Your pet will be in good hands with Lucy at the other end of the leash. Lucy also has pet sat her her college with is a pet friendly campus and she is the proud owner of a corn snack named Zuka.
Lucy is such an animal lover. She helped me on numerous occasions when I was unable to walk my dog due to an injury. . Both my dog and cats adore her. She is also very responsible and I highly recommend her.

Schedule
I have taken a few months away from my job to pursue personal passions of mine before I return to college, so my schedule from Monday to Sunday is very flexible and readily available. Times and schedules may vary depending on personal appointments or familial obligations.
