About: Hi, my name is Taylor! I am a recent high school graduate who will be attending NC State University in the fall to study Animal Science. I have past experience with pet sitting, often for longer than a week. Along with that, I have over a year of experience shadowing at a local veterinary hospital. I also have experience taking care of my own fur babies at home! I would love to spread love and care to your pets if you’ll have me. Please reach out if interested! I currently work part-time at Chick-fil-a, so I have plenty of time to hang out with your fur babies! I have a flexible and light schedule which allows me to dedicate a lot of my time to the animals around me. When at a client’s home I love to curl up with a good book and a sweet cat. I also enjoy taking pups on walks and playing fetch or tug with them. I am always down to cuddle with any furry friend.
About: Hi! I’m Skylar and I’ve been caring for dogs since I was 8 years old. This includes my dog, friends, family, and neighbors dogs as well. I also have experience in fostering which gave me experience with different temperaments and needs. I truly love spending time with pups and making sure they feel safe, loved, and well cared for while you’re away!🐶💛🐾 I am currently working for the school system and will be available for dog walking and drop ins after 3:30pm during the week. Beginning June 1st, I will be available full time for dog walking, dog sitting, and drop-in visits. I prioritize keeping your pet’s routine consistent by following instructions left for feeding times, daily walks, and any special needs your dog requires. I treat your pet like my own, with lots of love and attention. I can provide updates through messages and photos, so you know your furry friend is in good hands!
“This was our first Rover experience and Kendall was awesome!! We have a very senior cat so I was a bit nervous but all of her updates put us at ease! I came home to a very happy cat who was well-loved while we were away. So glad we found Kendall!”

“Jodie was professional, punctual, and took great care of our fur baby! We needed someone with little notice and she came out to meet us the same day. We are so thankful for her services and would 100% recommend her! Thanks again Jodie!”

About: I have been a animal lover my whole life. When I had to personally hire a pet sitter, I was very particular who I allowed to come into my home and take care of my babies. I was blessed to have found a wonderful sitter. In fact that’s how I became a paid sitter. She hired me to take care of her clients and personal animals when she went on vacation. With over 20 years of experience, I can provide references as well as the posted reviews. Our pets are more than just animals, they are family. I will give your companions the attention they need as well any special request. From dogs, cats, reptiles, fish and farm animals, I have the expertise you need. We all want our pets to be safe, comfortable and cared for while we are away. I'm here to assure you that I will treat your loved ones as one of my own and look forward to meeting your entire pack! I currently pet sit and book accordingly. My attention to detail allows me to care for 4 households a day. My daily routine includes greeting and walking the client and feedings as well. Some need special attention, so my time is dedicated to that. Making time to care and treat these clients as family is what I do. From walks to belly rubs, these clients have my full attention. When you’re at work and you need me to come by and let "Fido" out for a walk,I'll greet him\her with a smile. Each pet is different. Giving them their own special attention is important. I can leave you a note, text or contact of your desire on that day's adventure. Before leaving your residence, I will make sure your loved one has adequate provisions until you arrive home. I'll also sweep your pets area and make sure your home is secure. If you have any special request, then let me know. Overnight care is also provided. You can rest assure that your pet and home are my upmost concern, while you are away.
“Alex has been nothing but great so far. She is very communicative about her availability and her visits. Xavia LOVES her and they have gotten along since the initial visit. She is very gentle and very nice. So glad I found her on here! She has been a HUGE help!”

I also have experience in puppies, older gems and those who may be considered "difficult". I am here to make your life easier when you have to leave your pet. We all know it isn't fun to leave them, but I am here to ease your mind! I will make sure your pet is at ease while their human is gone! I can't replace you, but I will make it more bearable! About: With 7 years of experience caring for both puppies and senior dogs, I understand their unique needs and provide loving, attentive care. From frequent potty breaks to scheduled medication and everything else in between, I’m here to ensure your dog feels safe, happy, and comfortable. I did discover that I have an allergy towards dogs that shed heavily, so boarding is limited to low- & non-shedding dogs. I work full-time but I make sure to come home every day around lunchtime for midday feeding and potty breaks. I’m home right after work and usually spend weekends at home — unless I’m traveling with my furry friends 🤭 I have a gated yard and two fur babies to keep your family member engaged and safe. I do not crate dogs during the day, unless they are actively working on crate training but I do crate at night for safety purposes. Please be sure to bring your dog’s crate as most feel more comfortable in their own. While I do have crates available, I also prioritize your pet’s comfort. To ensure the health and safety of all dogs in my care, I require that all boarding dogs be up to date on vaccines and flea treatments, with vet records to corroborate this. This requirement helps keep everyone safe and ensures your dog returns home as healthy as they arrived.

I can crate, walk, jog, feed, and generally handle all types of dogs, even those with a number of quirks! Your pet and home are safe with me. I will take care of them like they're my own. I'm currently a full time Masters student and Army Reservist. I work from home and have a lot of flexibility in my daytime schedule to help you with your dogs needs! I'm familiar with the use of a variety of different collars, harnesses, and leashes. I can crate, feed, and do a host of other tasks for your furry friend

I understand how important consistency is, so I do my best to follow each pet's normal routine and any instructions you provide. Whether your pet enjoys being active or simply relaxing with company nearby, my goal is to help them feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for while you're away. I focus on providing reliable, attentive care through drop-in visits and walks while helping pets stay comfortable in their own familiar environment. Before each visit, I take the time to learn your pet's routine, feeding schedule, exercise needs, and any special instructions so I can provide consistent care. During each visit, I'll make sure your pet has fresh water, potty breaks, exercise or playtime, and plenty of attention and affection. I work from home with a flexible schedule, which allows me to be dependable and accommodate a variety of visit times throughout the day. I know it's not always easy to leave your pet, so I'll keep you updated with photos and messages after each visit to give you peace of mind while you're away.
“Amber really loves my baby!! She also reinforces the commands and reprimands that I do so I’m not starting all over every day with my puppy. She takes time to update me and makes sure she has a good time even if it’s for just 30 minutes. So grateful for her!”

About: I love all animals. I’ve cared for dogs, cats, birds, reptiles and even rodents (not pictured). Of course I have the most experience with cats and dogs. Animals have been part of my family for as long as I can remember. I’ve rescued a baby bird, sheltered and fed litters of kittens and gave them homes, and saved a puppy from the deadly Parvo virus by nursing her back to health. I’ve house trained many cats and dogs as well. There’s nothing I wouldn’t do to rescue an animal. Pets are a crucial part of the family, they’re the glue that holds everyone together. They should be loved and cared for the same way as children and you can trust that I will give them the care they need. I am off work Wed, Thurs, and Friday so I can definitely do housesitting then but I can do drop-in visits to walk and feed your dog any time before 11 am or after 9 pm throughout the week/weekend. Unfortunately I will not be caring for other pets in my home because I have a Siberian husky and 2 longhair domestic cats in a very small upstairs apartment. I can, however, provide other services like pet walking, overnight stays at your home, and/or daily check-ins. No matter, I vow to respect your privacy and personal belongings and love your animals as my own.

My dogs absolutely love Lauren, she by far my favorite dog sitter. Personally she is a great person and so happy I came across her on site because she is now considered part of my family. I highly recommend lauren she great if I could give her 10 stars I would.

She always does a great job watching my animals. On the last day she was watching my dogs and cat my dog Phoebe had something wrong with her eye. She helped me out and gave her her eye drops. She is always on top of taking pictures and keep me up-to-date on my animals. Have nothing but great things to say about her, Alexis absolutely amazing.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking.
