“Beckett did a great job with my cats! My schedule was a bit strange due to travel adjustments, but we were able to work it out super easily. This was my first time leaving Hazel and Mouse alone for this many days but Beckett provided detailed notes and really left me with a peace of mind that allowed me to enjoy my trip with one less thing to worry about.”

“This was my first time using Rover after being recommended by a friend. Jena was absolutely amazing to my cats! She came and played with them everyday and brought them catnip which they LOVED! The pictures were absolutely perfect. I was scared to leave my fur-babies when I went on vacation, but she eased all of that stress the moment she came through the door. Easy to work with and talk to, Jena is exceptional!”

“This was our second time using them to watch our animals, they just watched our cats this time & they did a great job! They regularly kept us up to date with pictures & took the time to give them some lovings & play time on top of keeping the litter boxes clean & feeding them. They're definitely one of our regulars now that we'll always trust with our babies!”

“Amanda was kind, a true pet lover, and very timely. She was patient with my cat who is a little more timid, and seemed to bond with the more spunky one! She opened the door and let them on our porch for fresh air, just as I had recommended. Amanda sent great updates on the app and I loved the photos. It seems like she cared and wanted them to be comfortable. Thank you, Amanda!”

“This is the second time we’ve used Nora. We have three dogs, so it’s quite a bit of juggling! We totally appreciate all the help she has done with feeding, letting out, and pills. We will use her again!”

“Camryn’s experience, professionalism and quick responses brought me ease and comfort while away. I came home to a happy, healthy and cared-for kitty. I feel fortunate to have been able to have my cat and home in camryn’s care, and I am confident you will too. Best Jared”

I would love to be able to care for your pet and I will gladly help give them what they need to be happy and healthy while you’re away I work full time at a tennis facility but my hours make sure that pups get morning and afternoon walks just fine! (Plus tennis balls!) I am more than willing to care for and accommodate basic pet needs as well as more complicated ones. I prefer care be written down somewhere for later reference if needed. Water will always be full and available and anything that may cause harm to your pet (wires, small or sharp objects, etc) will be out of reach or inaccessible to your pet through height/doors/secured areas.

About: Hi there! I’m Jamie, and if I’m being honest... I love animals more than humans most days. With over 30 years of hands-on experience caring for everything from puppies to parrots—and even the occasional goat—I’ve built a life around making animals feel safe, happy, and loved. Whether you're headed out of town or just need a hand with your furry (or feathery, or scaly) family members, I'm here to make things easier for both you and your beloved creature friends. My goal? Zero stress for you, and tail wags, purrs, or chirps of joy for them. 🐶🐱🐥 Who I Care For: I care for all kinds of animal companions, including: Dogs (all ages & sizes) Cats (sassy to snuggly) Birds (my personal favorite!) Reptiles & Amphibians Rodents, Rabbits, Goats, Chickens... you name it! If they’re not human and you love them—I want to care for them. 🐕 Dog Experience: Puppies: potty training, basic commands, playtime! Seniors: medication, gentle physical therapy, stroller walks (yes, I have one!) Experience with dogs from 8–85 lbs and ages 2 months to 17 years 🐈 Cat Experience: Comfortable with all cat personalities (aloof, cuddly, spicy) Experience with elderly and sick cats, including medication administration 🐦 Bird Experience: Over 2 years of bird care experience Former bird rescuer & re-releaser (yep, I caught lost birds in buildings!) Passionate about bird behavior, feeding, handling, and enrichment 🦎 Amphibian & Reptile Experience: Experience with frogs, toads, turtles, and even an axolotl Open and eager to follow your specific care routines 🐾 Other Critters: I may not have decades of experience with rodents, bunnies, chickens, or goats—but I follow instructions to a T and learn fast. If you tell me what your animal needs, I’ll make sure it’s done right—with love and care. 💬 My Care Philosophy: Every animal is unique—and so is every pet parent. I never assume I know better than you when it comes to your pet's needs. I’ll love your animal like family, but I’ll always respect your rules, routines, and preferences. You can count on me to be reliable, communicative, and compassionate. 🌟 New to Rover, Not New to Animals While I’m just starting out on Rover, I bring decades of animal experience and a deep love for every creature I meet. Give me a chance, and I promise—you’ll be able to relax knowing your animal companions are in caring, capable hands. Let’s chat about how I can help make life a little easier—for you and your creature friends. 🐾💛 I’m currently not working and I’m ready to be there to play with your pups or other critters when you need me. I can generally respond to last minute requests if necessary, but appreciate as much of heads up as possible. I have a fenced in yard, one small, elderly and kind of cranky dog, two cats, and three teenage humans (who all love animals as much as I do!). When it comes to caring for your pets in my home, I have to be a little more discerning as I have the needs of my own animal friends to consider. I can care for potty trained, non-dominant, non-aggressive, and very calm dogs and cats in my home. I can also care for caged or tanked creature friends in my home.

About: I've had dogs most of my life, growing up I had a mutt named Spot, then a Shih-tzu named Patches, while living with my sister I got experience with larger breeds as she had three bully/rottweiler mixes, and currently I live with an Akita Inu service dog that I care for. I am currently a live in caregiver for a disabled friend of mine and when I'm not taking care of him my schedule is very open for things like walks, check-ins, and brief housesitting. I treat all animals with the same care and respect I would want shown to my own pets. Their care and comfort are my top priorities, making sure they are safe, comfortable, and well cared after.

“She was so lovely and sweet, she took such good care of my dog! She checked in after every visit and it was such a relief seeing the pictures ans comments about their day or what they did. Definitely booking again!”

“Angela is an obvious lover of dogs, with two of her own. She is immensely responsible and caring--very attentive to any dog's needs. Her home is a perfect place to entrust your dogs to, since it is located on a very quiet street. And, as an added bonus, her yard is fenced and BIG, which means plenty of space for your pet to exercise and enjoy the outdoors.”
