“Jamie is such a GOLD/DIAMOND STAR sitter. I messaged her at 9PM about an emergency pick up because my current dog sitter was not taking a good care of my dog when I was out of town. We never work with each other before but she was so responsive and was ready to pick my dog up at 9AM the next day! Less than 12 hours of notice! She gave multiple updates with pictures and video throughout the day. I feel bad sometimes because I don’t even response to them as much as she send them! She asked for dietary restrictions, patient with my dog when she first met him. She even gave him food topper from her own! He is eating better than when he is with me! When I have a delay to return, she make sure that my dog is actually being put in a good hand and not with the old dog sitter who did not treat him right. I feel so safe to have my baby in her care because she has such a great heart. I would 100% work with Jamie again! Her price is so affordable for the quality of care that she provides!”

Generally, my pup gets some play time and exercise in the morning before work, during lunch, and then after work. “Paul and his son did a 10 star job of watching my Rowdy, a Golden Retriever. Rowdy is over 10 years old in human years which makes him over 70 in dog years. In all that time, this is actually the first time I’ve ever boarded Rowdy. That alone tells you how protected he is-rarely is he out of my sight. I am so thankful that I chose Paul to watch over Rowdy. I hit a home run for sure! Paul was so thorough and heartfelt in his care of Rowdy, for he kept me in the loop, he touched base with me through the app consistently, and sent me pictures of Rowdy, at play and during movie time. About: Currently dog sit for a friend when their family goes out of town that has lead my son and I into enjoying taking care of dogs. We enjoy their company, snuggles and companionship. Currently working part time hours so I am home often along with being home every night and on weekends which allows your fur baby to not be alone for long periods of time. I don’t offer pet sitting in my home because of my 3 cats. I don’t want to create a stressful environment for any animals. In my clients home I will make sure they have plenty of exercise thru play and going for walks, clean water and sufficient food (accommodating special diet if necessary). Provide a safe environment for them to feel comfortable. I will abide to any and all rules the client has for their home and will keep my own footprint in their home small and clean up after myself.

About: I was born into a family with 2 older sisters and 3 furry friends, so caring for animals has been engraved in me! My family has always had at least one dog in the household, specifically labs and goldens, but I have had experience watching and playing with all breeds, big and little! We have also had indoor and outdoor cats over the past 16 years, so I am happy to care for kitties as well! I am a student at the University of Iowa, so I have classes just a few hours a day beginning August 23. I also babysit occasionally in the evenings and on weekends, but I always plan and communicate your animals' care around my schedule to ensure they are cared for with endless love. I would prefer to come to your home, but I know my chocolate lab would love a play date if that is something you would be interested in. “Jamie is such a GOLD/DIAMOND STAR sitter. I messaged her at 9PM about an emergency pick up because my current dog sitter was not taking a good care of my dog when I was out of town. We never work with each other before but she was so responsive and was ready to pick my dog up at 9AM the next day! Less than 12 hours of notice! She gave multiple updates with pictures and video throughout the day. I feel bad sometimes because I don’t even response to them as much as she send them! She asked for dietary restrictions, patient with my dog when she first met him. She even gave him food topper from her own! He is eating better than when he is with me! When I have a delay to return, she make sure that my dog is actually being put in a good hand and not with the old dog sitter who did not treat him right. I feel so safe to have my baby in her care because she has such a great heart. I would 100% work with Jamie again! Her price is so affordable for the quality of care that she provides!”
“Paul and his son did a 10 star job of watching my Rowdy, a Golden Retriever. Rowdy is over 10 years old in human years which makes him over 70 in dog years. In all that time, this is actually the first time I’ve ever boarded Rowdy. That alone tells you how protected he is-rarely is he out of my sight. I am so thankful that I chose Paul to watch over Rowdy. I hit a home run for sure! About: Drop ins: I’ll take your dog on a little walk before feeding them and spending time with your little furry love (20-30 minutes or so) Walking: I’ll take your pooch for a walk and/or run for as long as they require. House sitting: we will go on walks, snuggle, eat and I will be respectful of the owners home- clean up after myself and the animal so you come home to a nice clean home and you don’t have to rush to take care of your beloved fur baby! Boarding: not my preferred method of watching your pooch but if it’s absolutely needed, I can accommodate to make your pooch feel warm and welcome in my home.I have 2 large male dogs and a 2 year old- they’re great but getting older and less tolerant of other dogs.
