4. Meredith K.
About: What sets me apart from other sitters is my experience with high energy dogs! My entire life, I have owned border collies and am used to needy, high maintenance dogs. I also raised and trained my family's two current dogs from puppies during the pandemic. I also had consistent repeat customers while in high school, ranging from pomeranians to bernese mountain dogs! I am currently a student and have a pretty flexible schedule. During the summer, I will have a completely open schedule, considering my other job is a desk job for a few days a week during the daytime. I have experience with both crate-trained dogs and dogs that refuse crates. Whether you have a fenced-in yard or not, I would always be outside when your dog is! When I am petsitting, I try my hardest to make sure your pet is in my line of sight all the time.
5. Tracey B.
“It's been challenging to travel given the impacts the pandemic has had on our nation. One part of travel we didn't have to fret about though was care for our kitties while we were away. Stacey (and her two wonderful dogs) welcomed our two kitties into her home once more. The kind and professional care she provides to them made our trip so much more enjoyable. One item to especially note is the gentle and thorough care she provides to our one special-needs kitty who needs multiple medicines daily to stay healthy. And the end of each trio our cats come home shining and happy!”
6. Jamie Lee D.
“Jamie is such a compassionate person and a huge lover of animals. Whenever I was planning a vacation I knew I could always count on Jamie to take care of my 2 cats and 1 bird. She would stop by at least twice a day to feed everyone and clean the litter box. But what I loved most of all is that she would stay for a while to play with them and keep them company. She babysat so much we referred to her as Aunt Jamie. I have since relocated to Florida but I refer my PA friends to her so they can go on vacation and know that their furry children are in great hands.”
7. Giselle W.
“Giselle was great with my fur kids! She was able to accommodate a visit with short notice, and kept me updated with how the visit went while I was away. I was able to enjoy my trip knowing they were in good hands and came home to happy, cared for dogs!”
8. Beth H.
“Beth was wonderful! She was very communicative and kept the house tidy while we were out of town. Would definitely recommend!”
9. Natalie W.
“Natalie has been such a saving grace to me and my pup! I’m a travel nurse in the area who works long shifts and Natalie was available during the odd hours I needed to watch my dog, even some days she wasn’t available she helped me figure out care for my dog still. A great sitter!”
10. Elora G.
“Elora always does such a great job with our cat! He can be pretty grumpy in new places with new people, but she handles it with grace. She has a large room separate from her other cats that he stays in. She has cat trees and toys for him to play with, windows to look out and provides a litter box for him. I just have to bring his food! She will also administer medications if your pet needs it, since she has many years experience as a Vet Tech. She checks on him often and will play with him if he’s in the mood for it.”
11. Skylar P.
“Skylar watched our cats for us when we were away. She was very responsible and the cats loved her. We found her to be an exceptional animal sitter. We intend to use her services in the future. I would highly recommend her for pet sitting or dog walking.”
12. Madison E.
“Madison is super trustworthy, followed all my instructions to the T, and communicated all throughout her drop ins! I will definitely book her, again, with a peace of mind if she’s available in the future!”
13. Nicole K.
“Nicole has watched my dogs on several occasions. My dogs are not easy keepers, one is a senior dog who requires special medication and high level of care, and the other is a larger dog who is high energy. Nicole takes care of them like they are her own dogs. She has been so dependable and trustworthy. My dogs look forward to seeing her every time.”
14. Elaina M.
“Elaina was great! Highly recommend”
15. Leah H.
“Leah has watched our pups a few times and she always does a great job! The dogs love when she comes because she really plays with them and pays attention to all of them! I highly recommend Leah.”
16. Lexi G.
About: I have taken care of pets my entire life, my pap had hunting dogs and we’ve had dogs in the house as long as I can remember. Pets and animals are my passion. I am recently unemployed and can watch dogs any weekday and occasionally the weekend but I’d be more than willing to discuss hours that you need and am more than willing to work with you. I have two very friendly dogs of my own, however I prefer watching them in your home, I love to go for walks myself so I can take them on plenty and I usually take my dogs out to go to the bathroom every hour.
17. Corey L.
About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was very young. I dogsat for my grandparents and their Samoyed for 10 years, and I’ve also cared for many other friends’ pets since then, dogs and cats alike! I’m also experienced in helping train puppies from a lifelong history of helping my father train his hunting dogs, and experience in senior care from my own dogs as they got older. I’m currently working part-time, and I’m a student at BU, but I still have plenty of time to fit pet care into my weekly routine! I’m happy to accommodate you! If there are specific tasks or activities you’d like me to do for your dog, or especially if there’s any medicine or special diet (or any poor habits to watch out for when left alone), as long as you make me aware I’m more than happy to make sure I treat your dog (or cat!) accordingly!
18. Casey B.
About: I worked as a vet assistant in a local clinic for 10 months when I was 16. There I learned a lot including how to properly bathe, walk, restrain (if necessary), how to give oral medication and overall how to give cats and dogs my best care. I also personally have a German shepherd, multiple cats, 6 ducks and a leopard gecko. I work a full time seasonal job. I have layoff periods in between some seasons which can be difficult to handle as I don’t necessarily like being home and enjoy being on the go. I also work part time at a local pizza shop Friday-Sunday evenings. I care for pets by making sure their needs are met for example, being able to go outside to go potty, and that they are fully fed and exercised if necessary.
