About: I've had personal dogs for 15 years. I understand them better than people sometimes. I've done a lot of reading and research on dog behavior to learn how they communicate. This is all I do! My whole life revolves around dogs. My home is set up for dogs. Your dog becomes like my own fur baby while they're in my care. I have a fully-fenced 1/4 acre lot for your fur baby to run around in, with a sand pit to dig in, too! Inside there is a designated dog room with doggy bunk bed and lots of toys, although your dog can be with me anywhere in the house!

About: I grew up surrounded with all sorts of animals on a ranch which lead me to a career as a vet tech caring for dogs and cats. I've been a vet tech since 2013 and have loved caring and taking care of pets. I work with them all day and come home to my own dog and cat at night with my loving husband and baby girl. I know how to care for all life stages and medical conditions. I'm currently a full time homemaker. I will be home everyday to watch your dog and let them go potty and go for a walk. I take care of my pets with love and care. I take my dog for walks twice daily around the apartments. If they need medicine or anything additional I give them those as well.

About: I’ve been caring for pets—both dogs and cats—since I was a kid, and animals have always been a big part of my life. I’ve had my own dogs for nearly 20 years, giving me firsthand experience with daily care, routines, and the love and attention pets need to feel safe and happy. Because of this lifelong experience, I’m comfortable, patient, and attentive, and I treat every pet I care for like they’re part of my own family. I’m home full time, which means your pets will have consistent care, attention, and companionship throughout the day. I’m able to keep a close eye on their routines, make sure they’re fed on schedule, let dogs out regularly, and give plenty of playtime, cuddles, and reassurance. Because I’m always home, pets aren’t left alone for long stretches, helping them feel comfortable, safe, and well cared for while you’re away. I have a large, fully fenced yard that gives pets plenty of safe space to run, explore, and burn off energy. With kids and a friendly dog at home, there’s always someone ready to play, throw a ball, or provide companionship, making it a fun and engaging environment for visiting pets. All play is supervised to ensure everyone stays safe and happy, so your pet gets both exercise and social interaction in a loving, family-style setting.

About: Took a pet class when younger , have a dog that is fit and healthy that loves to play with others, will take on walks and play outside lots sunshine rain or snow I have weekends off and would love to play or take your dog on a walk and if able my dog would love to also come play I have a huge crate so if needed your dog would always be comfortable and a goldendoodle who adores other dogs , will brush every night if needed and gove lots of snuggles and loves

About: Talley’s House has two adults that work from home, two teenage dog loving sons, and two pups, Talley (12+) and Oz (2) that love to meet and play with new friends! We have a great setup for dogs of all types, and we would love to watch your dog(s)! We acknowledge we may not be right for everyone. Please read all the details in our profile to determine if our home is right for you. We work from home - pet care is baked into our daily/weekly routine. A TYPICAL DAY: 6:30-8:00 a.m. interactive playtime (fetch, tug-of-war, etc. ) 8:00-8:30 a.m. morning feeding and rest 8:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. open playtime - we work while the dogs play. They come in an out freely while we supervise from our workstation. We group dogs as needed. See the safety, trust & environment section for details. 12:00 - 3:00 p.m. treats and training followed by quiet time in kennels 3:00 - 5:00 p.m interactive playtime round 2 5:00 - 6:00 p.m. evening feeding and quiet time in kennels 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. interactive playtime round 3 8:00 - 9:00 p.m. quiet time 9:00 - 10:00 p.m. final playtime and bedtime routine (treats and training) 10:00 p.m. - 6:30 a.m. bedtime in kennels We prefer pickup/dropoff times between 7:00 - 10:00 a.m or 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. so we can devote time to helping the dogs adjust to the environment and their temporary pack. The only thing we need from you at drop off is their food in a ZIPLOC w INSTRUCTIONS WRITTEN on it. If needed, bring a small blanket or toy with the scent of home. We do NOT need beds, food dishes, or leash. We engage in activities that stimulate their prey drive (fetch, tug-of-war...), play drive (playtime with Talley, Ozzy, and other guests), and work on training behaviors a couple of times a day, as appropriate. They are out of the kennel interacting with dogs and people most of the day. In order for your dog to have a great experience, they need to play well with other dogs and be comfortable spending time in a kennel. SAFETY & TRUST: We have been trained in behavior recognition to ensure the safety and enjoyment of our guests. When we have multiple guests, we group dogs as needed (by age, size, "fixed" or not, temperament, and/or energy level) to optimize the experience for each guest. We feed them in a kennel to ensure food isn't shared and give them quiet time after meals to ensure they have adequate time to digest before playing again. We expect our guests to be up to date with their vaccinations. When a new dog arrives give them time to explore on their own, then we gradually introduce them to other dogs to assess temperament and compatibility. That is the reason we prefer to limit the pickup and dropoff windows so we can devote that critical time. Please see availability for more info on times. ENVIRONMENT: We have a dedicated space both indoors and outdoors for the dogs. Inside we have an air-conditioned apartment dedicated to the dogs. They have a couch, area rug, background music, and their own 4x4, 4x6, or 5x5 kennel. We reserve a corner for a workstation where we work during the day. Outside we have a fenced area for the dogs with turf and toys. We setup a canopy for extra shade on hot sunny days since we don't have natural shade from trees yet. We wet the turf down on hot days to ensure it's comfortable for the dogs as well.

About: My husband and I have both loved animals our whole lives. We currently have a dog and two cats of our own. My husband works from home and I am a nurse. Although I’m mostly a stay at home mom now so your pets will get a lot of attention. My husband and I are both home most of the day. We have a dog that is very friendly and always down to play with new dogs! Our pets are like our kids. We have one human baby but we joke that we actually have four kids if you count our two cats and one dog.

He got a spot bath when we got home and has been laying on his mat with a chew treat so calm and relaxed since, which is so appreciated for us older puppy parents. Blue absolutely loves coming over and I love that he has a fun place he can go to get his puppy energy out. It’s obvious by all the cute pics that he loves your puppers Noir and Moo.”
