“This was our first time using Rover and we felt very comfortable leaving Cooper with Soma! She was so nice and welcoming :) Cooper is a rescue and can be a little bit timid but she was very understanding and took great care to ensure he was comfortable. She also communicated with us throughout his stay and kept us updated on how he was doing with pictures and messages.”

Arianas home is well set up with a large gated outdoor space. Luna loved her right away upon meeting her, which was great to see. “Koda had a very fun visit with Vaidhyanathan. Vaidhyanathan was very friendly and his affection for Koda was apparent. When we went to pick Koda up - he was in not real hurry to leave - which tells me he was well cared for. Vaidhyanathan was very responsive to all my questions, and forthcoming with pictures of Koda's day, knowing that we were using Rover for the first time and Koda hadnt been with dog sitters too often. Vaidhyanathan would probably be our go to, next time we need a dog sitter. Thank you Vaidhyanathan - look forward to getting to know you and Leo more, through future visits.”

“Nelson was able to take our 8 month old puppy on short notice (less than 24 hours) and did a fantastic job with him. He only allows one rover client per night, so I didn't have to worry about him not getting enough attention/supervision. He also kept us updated throughout the stay with several pictures and even a video!”

“We found Heidi on Rover when we had to travel to Virginia for my daughter's college graduation. Just a few days before I was to drop off my dogs with Heidi, Penny got bitten by a spider and required several vet visits and several different medications. She was also in a lot of pain so she was not eating and drinking normally, and would not eat unless I hand fed her. I texted Heidi and let her know what was going on, and she quickly responded with "no problem!" She just wanted a list of meds and to know what else Penny might need. She texted several times over the 4 days to let us know both of our kids had settled in well, and that Penny was responding to the meds. We rarely leave our dogs, so leaving them while one was sick was very stressful. Heidi stepped right up and took care of her like one of her own. I would not hesitate to call on her again!”
