About: I've enjoyed having a dog since before I moved out of the house. My current dog, Leo is very friendly with all the neighbors-the kids love to stop and pet him. I've helped with dogs and cats when friends and neighbors are out of town. My sister's dog, Ferguson, a terrier/chihuahua mix has stayed with us off and own for a few years. It's interesting how you rise the occasion when you have a sick pet. My dog Sampson suffered from cancer several years ago now, and part of the treatment was to provide him with subcutaneous saline. In exchange for all the love and comfort a pet provides, it's paramount that we as owners provide the same in return. I am a recent retiree and have a flexible schedule. Weekday and weekend opportunities to help people with their pets is easy for me to do. All my dogs have been crate trained. When we leave the house it is not an issue to use the crate. My current dog, Leo behaves very well in the house alone, so we use the crate less and less with him. Almost always he camps out by the back door waiting for us to come home.

About: I’ve grown up with dogs in my family, watching neighborhood friends’ dogs, and now have a dog of my own (Maggie). Maggie gets along with almost every dog and generally leaves those that stay with us alone. I’m happy to do meet and greets to make sure Maggie and your dog are comfortable! I've been watching my parents' large golden doodle regularly and have a yard to accommodate more. I work from home so I am easily able to accommodate walking and feeding schedules. I am happy to sleep at a clients’ house as long as my dog can join. I have a fenced in yard that is easy to take dogs out for quick breaks but my neighborhood is also very walkable for dogs.

I own two dogs and a Senegal parrot, and my experience with animals is extensive and varied, having cared for many different types throughout my life. Working from home allows me the flexibility to take pets outside for frequent bathroom breaks every 2-3 hours and for brief walks during the day. Daytime drop-offs for sitting can be arranged from 7 AM onwards. My backyard is securely fenced and my two small dogs are very sociable and welcoming to guests. I work from home on the computer and have the flexibility to provide outside trips and short walks throughout the day. I can accept day sitting drop offs anytime after 7AM. 🌳🌲🌳I have a big fenced back yard and 2 very friendly small dogs. We spend a lot of time outside working on the yard. The dogs enjoy chipmunk and squirrel hunting, and relaxing on the back patio. When we are inside, the dogs have prime squirrel watching on the couch under the big front picture window.

About: I’ve had pets my whole life, but have been taking care of them since I was around 10. I have 4 cats and a dog at home and they’re awesome!! I get along great with cats and am super patient with all animals. I am a student at Agnes Scott College, and I’ll be in Decatur all year, including the summer! I will be working from 8am-4pm on weekdays, but have weekends free. I’ve had cats and dogs for most of my life and I love taking care of them! I can walk your dog and take them to the park or crate them if needed. For cats, I can sit with them and give them lots of attention and all the head rubs they want.

About: Ever since I was kid I’ve had dogs around! From dachshunds to large labs, I love them all! I work from home and thought why not open it up to take care of part of of your family! I have a 4 bedroom house and a nice sized fenced yard. Animals are welcome in any space that humans are: the bed, couch, etc. I have worked with several foster dog programs as well. Helping dogs transition between shelter life and new homes! I work from home except on Thursdays so am available just about 24/7 to take care of your pet! This allows me to provide the attention your pet may need! I offer boarding and day care for your pet! I can walk or take them out to potty as often as you’d like. Feeding schedules are also very flexible.

About: Dogs make my world go round! My current dog, Lucy is a pitbull mix that we adopted in New Orleans. She is a sweet, big girl with a lot more energy than my previous dog, a husky/greyhound mix from New York. I grew up with dogs and I understand how to take care of a diverse range of breeds, needs, and personalities. I love to walk dogs, play, cuddle, take them to the dog park, and more! I have a flexible schedule. I currently work part-time as I am home for the summer but can fit your dog's schedule into my own! I am available on weekends and nights. I am comfortable walking your dog and caring for them in any way which works best for them. If they like dog parks, I can take them too. I am unable to board dogs or take them to my own home.
