About: I have been an active volunteer with the Elmore SPCA in Peru Ny for 4 years. I often walk, socialize, enrich, and foster the dogs in the shelters care. I have worked with puppy's as young as 3 months up to the elder dogs to provide comfort. I am currently home for summer between my graduate years of college, my work schedule varies week to week. I have lived in this area for my entire life and am comfortable with traveling for the care. Unfortunately during this time I am unable to have pets in my home. To ensure the safety for me and your pets I have completed all state required ASPCA programs to work professionally with animals. The topics for dogs and cats included; body language, diseases, safety and management, and cleaning regulations. I have regularly walked and fostered dogs from Elmore SPCA in upstate NY. Through them I have gained lots of experience handling different breeds, temperaments, sizes and ages of dogs.

About: I’ve been surrounded by animals my whole life. My earliest memory is of my German shepherd at 3 years old running up to me and giving me lots of love and kisses. We can play as much as needed outside or just chill and relax inside with our friends. I am home most days so am generally available unless I get booked up to take care of your fur baby! You can rest assured your pet will be given lots of love with me! I have a toy poodle that loves company and playing with other dogs! I also welcome cats and can provide a large range of space or a more isolated environment, whatever they prefer!

About: I work at an animal rescue with all different types of dogs. From 4 week old puppies, to 14 year old curmudgeon-y dogs. I am ASPCA certified, and I know how to read a dog’s body language. I have experience and confidence measuring, and administering medications. Making sure that your dog(s) are safe, healthy, fed, and walked are my top priority, and I’m looking forward to meeting your fur babies! I work part time at an animal rescue, and much of my day is empty. I do not work Wednesdays or Thursdays. About: I took care of dogs around my neighborhood as a teen. For the past year I’ve been training a psychiatric service dog through my school. He lives with me full time! I am currently a student, so around my classes I have a lot of time to care for pets, especially on weekends. I love making the time to meet new animals and be outdoors. About: Growing up in a home with two beloved rescue corgis and cats, I learned early on the importance of compassion and care for animals. My family dedicated countless years to fostering dogs in need, primarily from southern areas, which helped me understand the unique personalities and needs of every pet. I'm currently a student working as a lifeguard so I have flexibility throughout the day during the week. This allows me to give your pups the outdoor time they deserve, whether it's for a quick walk or a longer adventure. I have plenty of experience walking dogs/watching pets: I always stay alert to my surroundings, including other animals and people. On walks observing your dog's reactions helps me determine the best course of action to ensure their comfort and safety throughout the time that I am with them!

About: I had a dog as a child. Currently I have a dog named Boomer and two cats, Georgie (aka Chach) and Lola. I love animals and will care for yours like my own. I work from home most days. About: My earliest memories feature dogs and cats, and they have been in my life since the age of three. Frankly, it's difficult to imagine my life without them. I have been taking care of my own, family and friends furry companions from the age of ten. I'm here for the snuggles, pets, playtimes, walks, potty breaks, litter changes and the quiet times too. From tiny, eight week old puppies, prime adults and elderly dogs that require a different kind of care and patience, to rambunctious kittens and their chill adult counterparts, each animal has a personality of their own; I'm here for them all. When people ask if I'm a cat or dog person, for me there isn't a choice; it's both! I've had experience with: - House and command training puppies from the age of eight weeks and up - Daily walks, usually between 30 min minimum to 2-3 hours; I love walks too, so it's a win-win 🐾 - Administering oral and topical medications to canines; mouths, eyes, and ears - Playtime! Or just keeping them quiet company, if that's what they prefer. - Dropping in and checking on our feline babies: changing litter boxes, feeding, play and keeping them company. I love spending time with cats of any size and stage. I am currently working part-time in food/hospitality, and begin seasonal event work in the springtime so my schedule is flexible. Currently, I have flexible availability for walks, drop-in visits or house-stays on Monday, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. When dropping in for a visit at a client's home, I always make sure to keep the space secure and clean for our four-legged friends. Pet owners can rest assured that their dogs will be engaged with and supervised, and cat people will know that their kitties are in a safe, calm environment. Animals are special to me, and I aim to treat them all as if they are my own.
