With a degree in Animal Science and over 30 years of experience in everything from paws to claws (and even scales and feathers!), I’ve worked as a veterinary technician, an animal behaviorist (yes, I speak fluent dog AND cat), and I’ve even run my own pet care company for years providing daily walks, home visits and even house sitting. Whether your dog thinks they’re a couch potato or your cat is a secret ninja, I’m here to make sure they’re pampered, safe, and entertained. I am currently working as a full-time teacher, but am very accommodating and flexible to stay overnight, do morning and afternoon visits to see your pets are safe and happy. On the weekends I can be there around the clock, but during the week I am away for work. Unfortunately, I don't offer sitting in my home. Landlord's rules, not mine. But I am happy to take care of your pets in their own environment by staying at yours, which research shows is less stressful and traumatic for your pet.

About: Hi everyone! I've had dogs since I was a baby. My first dog, Kayla actually taught me how to walk! I absolutely love pups & am hoping to open a sanctuary for senior & disabled dogs one day. For now, I'm hoping to be able to leave my corporate job & take care of your dogs. Absolute dream job💙 My goal is to make your dogs as happy & comfortable as possible. If they're happy, they won't be stressed and neither will you. My family and I keep them busy & entertained. Some of my clients even call my home Camp Anacelia 😂. The atmosphere in my house is very relaxed. Everyone is welcome on the furniture & most of our guest pups sleep on our beds or in one of several dog beds we have throughout the house. Their choice! Have a pup with special needs or need medications administered? No problem! From allergy meds to insulin to diapers, I have years of experience. I also keep puppy pads readily available for our untrained guests. When the weather is good, I like to take the dogs on day trips to parks, events, markets, etc. Let me know if your dog is not a fan of car rides. Communication is key! I work outside of the home during the weekday, but your pups will never be alone as my husband is self employed and loves spending time with them. About: I worked at a veterinary clinic for a year, before my position was dissolved. But I have been taking care of my family and friend's pets for years. I am easy to communicate with and reliable to be around. I do not currently work aside from pet sitting so my availability is more open than most. About: I have provided reliable dog sitting for multiple families, ensuring pets were safe, comfortable, and well cared for while owners were away. I have managed responsibilities including feeding, walking, playing, and administering basic medications. I have handled different breeds, sizes, and ages and pay attention to the each dog’s individual needs. Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Meet & Greets are a great way to prepare your pet and sitter for longer stays or first-time bookings. Read our tips for your first Meet & Greet.
sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
