About: I have always loved being around animals, I started walking dogs when I was 11 around my neighborhood and I have been pet sitting since I was 14 so I’ve had a lot of experience pet sitting/walking dogs! I currently walk dogs Monday through Friday but I am always looking for more🙌🏻 I do online college so I have a pretty flexible schedule. I would be happy to help anytime, I only need a little heads up!🫶🏻 I always make sure pets feel safe and comfortable in their own home. I follow their usual routine as closely as possible—whether that’s feeding times, walks, or playtime—to keep them happy and relaxed. About: As someone who was raised on a fully functioning farm, animal husbandry has been a part of my daily routine since I could walk! I have experience with almost every domestic animal under the sun, but dogs and cats have always been very personal to me. I worked at doggie daycares/boarding facilities for 3 years, and am an assistant at a competitive showing kennel. I attended CATCH canine trainers academy as well. I would love to extend my love for pets to you and your fur family by caring for them as I would my own. I work part time at a private kennel, but have a lot of flexibility in my schedule. Caring for dogs has been my full time job for 4 years! Working with dogs as much as I have, I feel like I have seen it all! About: I am currently a college student studying zoo and wildlife biology, and I hope to have a career in either wildlife rehabilitation or working at a zoo. I have a good amount of experience with animals; I have been around animals my whole life, my grandfather was a veterinarian, and I have been pet sitting since high school. I also worked as a kennel attendant at Augusta Valley Animal Hospital. I have volunteered at the Humane Society and at the SPCA as well, walking dogs and performing other tasks. I’m currently a full time college student, but have some breaks during the day and am free in the evening/night. My availability depends on the day, but just reach out and I’ll let you know! I live in an apartment complex so I would not be able to have your dog stay at my house. However, it is a really nice and quiet neighborhood perfect for walks (short or long)!

About: Hi! I’m Katie. I’m 35 and have lived in the Lynchburg area for the past 14 years. I’ve lived with and loved animals my whole life. Im a natural with animals and do not get intimated with large animals. I own my own home and I adopted Patty in November of 2020. My life has never been the same. I can pet, walk, exercise, play, feed, brush, water, and love your fur baby! I’m patient and caring and will keep your pet feeling safe, exercised, and loved. Trust in me to keep your pet(s) safe. My dog sleeps in her crate, but does roam the house during the day. She is so gentle and calm. She has all her shots and a very kind demeanor.

About: I’ve owned dogs my entire life. From housetraining puppies to caring for aging senior dogs, I have experience with a range of personalities/quirks and am very comfortable with large or hyperactive dogs and rescues. My older Beagle, who I cared for for more than 13 years, had a seizure disorder and in the final months of her life, we administered IV sub-Q fluids to her every 2-3 days, so I have experience with caring for pups with medical needs and I can administer medication. I also have 5 years of experience volunteering in a high-volume animal shelter, working predominantly with large dogs, so I understand how animals might behave when they are in a stressful environment and interacting with an unfamiliar person. I strive to provide a stress-free, comforting environment while you are away so please let me know what your pup loves the most! What you can expect: — Time outdoors, playing or on leashed walks — Cuddles and belly rubs — Lots of (approved) treats — Every effort to stick to your pet’s routine and establish clear boundaries! I can provide in-home doggy day care and boarding with a prior meet and greet* if your dog gets along with the two dogs in our home. Your pup will never be left alone with my dogs when I’m providing doggy day care or boarding, so I do require them to be crate-trained for overnight stays. I work full-time from home during the week but have a very flexible schedule. I can provide morning walks, drop in visits and afternoon playtime before lots of attention in the evening. My partner is also home most days and our 15-year-old stepson is home in the afternoons and evenings (and weekends), though he is not involved in any animal care. I can board one to two dogs (from the same household) in my home if they are crate-trained, but a meet and greet is required beforehand. They will not be left alone in my home with my pups unattended. I am available for drop-in visits and some housesitting. I am open to long-term, ongoing schedules as well as flexible, on-the-spot drop-ins. I can provide some services in my own home most days of the week. I am open to spending as much time as I can with your pup. I enjoy walks, playing outdoors and sticking to their routine as much as possible! I know it can be stressful for pets when their owners are gone so I strive to provide a stress-free experience for your best friend! I will use your standard equipment and follow all directions you provide, especially on walks. I have experience with escape artists and will do everything I can to keep your pup safe. About: Hello, I am a retired college basketball coach as of a month ago and I grew up on a farm in Alabama with every type of animal you can think of that I was in charge of taking care of! 😊 I have a love for all animals and would love to take care of yours! I am available everyday of the week to come walk, let out, or keep your animal overnight! I’m free at any point of the day to help with a persons busy schedule. I keep a very neat and organized house for all guest including your pet! I am also available for spending the night at your home to watch your pet if needed.
