“My first experience was amazing! Adrienne ensured my little one was safe and cared for. She walked me through the process with so much patience. A bonus…she is an amazing pet photographer!”

About: Hi I am Cindy! We have always had pets in our home. We grew up having pets and always loved it. We are now retired and can show your pets a good loving enviroment while your traveling. We have a large back yard for them to frolic in and excited to meet you. We are retired and at home to play and cuddle with your pups. Your pet is sure to get fresh air and plenty of good times, weather permitted. We have a nice big fenced in yard for them to play and a loving home to share with us. We will be happy to share fun times of the pups with you.
“Victoria was very friendly, and loving towards my dog! She sent me multiple updates throughout her stay and I loved knowing Roxy was having fun and very well taken cared of! Most definitely will be booking with her again!”

“We feel so fortunate to have found Sarah before our long trip. The pictures and videos of our dog running and playing with other pups in her spacious, fenced yard gave us peace of mind while we were away. We would definitely recommend her and use her again.”

“Riley loves visiting Matt and his family. He instantly makes himself comfortable in their home. Matt took great of him, and we are looking forward to this next visit. Appreciate working with you Matt.”

“Kaylee is a doll! She has a lovely home and took wonderful care of my Meli! She sent me several pictures every day as well as updated me on how she was doing. My dog can be very anxious but Kaylee talked to her and took her on lots of walks and played with her. I will absolutely utilize Kaylee's services anytime I need someone to take care of my baby.”

“Our dog, Jax, had a wonderful time staying here. He had plenty of friends to play with and even made a cat friend, his first experience being around cats. We received photos and videos throughout his stay, and it was clear he was having a great time and being thoroughly spoiled. Jax clearly stayed active while in their care because when he got home, he spent the rest of the day and following day resting and recovering from all the fun. We felt completely at ease knowing he was so well cared for, and we will definitely be booking with them again. Highly recommended”

“She was absolutely wonderful! My dog was well cared for-she didn’t want to leave! At pick up time, everything was packed and ready to go. Very professional, will definitely use her again.”

“Shelby is an excellent boarding hostess. She is patient and kind and she and her 2 dogs made Shadow feel right at home. She sent photos and is an excellent communicator. We will call Shelby again!”

“Kara was amazing! She took such good care of my little girl and sent regular updates throughout the weekend to keep my mind at ease. Highly recommend having her take care of your fur babies!!!”
“Olha was so wonderful- I had a last minute trip and she was great about doing a meet and greet and getting S’mores comfortable before her stay. Olha’s family was also wonderful with S’mores and they all gave her lots of attention and love. She was so happy when I picked her up, with lots of tail wags and smiles- wanting to be in both places at once- with me and with Olha😄 Thank you so much!!”

“Latasha is absolutely amazing with Murph! He is a very timid dog and she makes him feel right at home! I also really love that she sends me updates on him twice a day with adorable pictures of him! I'm so happy that I found her to take care of murph! I'd definitely recommend her for anybody that needs a doggie daycare/ boarding service! :) :)”

About: With over 15 years of experience caring for animals, I’ve had the opportunity to work with all kinds of pets and their unique needs. My experience includes working as a veterinary technician, pet and farm sitting, administering medications, wildlife rehabilitation, senior pet care, and exotic animal care—and that’s just the beginning! I understand that your pets are family, and leaving them in someone else’s care can be stressful. My goal is to provide the same patience, compassion, and attention to detail that I would want for my own animals, while giving you peace of mind knowing they’re in experienced and caring hands. We both work during the week, but we’re home the majority of the time on weekends and have a flexible schedule that allows us to give your pets plenty of attention. I work at a veterinary hospital just 3 minutes from home, so I’m able to easily come home throughout the day if needed. I also have extended lunch breaks, which gives me the opportunity to spend several hours at home during the day rather than leaving pets alone for long periods of time. Our schedule allows us to provide plenty of companionship, care, and attention throughout the day, so your pets can feel comfortable, loved, and right at home while you’re away. Our home is relaxed, loving, and easygoing, and we want every pet who stays with us to feel like part of the family. We do ask that all pets are comfortable around other animals so everyone can get along and have a safe, stress-free stay. We have a large, fully fenced backyard with a 6-foot privacy fence, giving the dogs plenty of safe space to run, play, and enjoy some fresh air. We spend lots of time outside playing, getting some exercise, and enjoying the yard together. And yes—dogs are absolutely welcome on the furniture and even in the bed! Our own two fur babies have us pretty well trained, so your pups can enjoy the same level of comfort. Your pet’s health and safety are incredibly important to us. I’m a trained veterinary technician and CPR-trained, so you can have peace of mind knowing your pet is in experienced hands. If a health concern ever comes up, I’m able to assess them and, if necessary, bring them with me to the veterinary hospital where I work so they can be properly evaluated. For the safety and health of every pet in our home, we require all visiting pets to be current on Bordetella, Distemper/Parvo, and Rabies vaccinations. We are also a flea-free home, so all pets must be on a current monthly flea and tick preventative. This is a requirement for every pet staying with us and helps ensure that everyone—including our own fur babies—stay happy, healthy, and comfortable. Our goal is simple: while you’re away, we want your pet to feel safe, loved, spoiled, and right at home.

Frequently asked questions about Rover
Rover is the largest marketplace for local pet care. Whether you're looking for pet sitters, dog walkers, or house sitters who specialize in pet sitting, you can narrow your search by entering your ZIP code to find sitters within walking distance in your neighborhood.
Every sitter on Rover has their own routine. Depending on the arrangements you agree on before the stay, a sitter can follow your dog’s regular feeding schedule, provide a comfortable place to sleep, offer companionship, and support their usual exercise and play needs.
Depending on the sitter, their home environment, and your dog’s needs, daily exercise may include walks, outdoor play, indoor enrichment activities, or supervised play with compatible dogs. These activities are not automatically included with every booking, so ask the sitter what a typical day looks like.
During the Meet & Greet, discuss your dog’s usual exercise and play routine, whether they can safely interact with other dogs, and any activities or restrictions the sitter should follow. You can also ask the sitter to send photo and message updates during the stay so you can see how your dog is spending their time.
Preparing for drop-off is easy when you have a checklist! To help your dog settle into their Beckhamville home-away-from-home, packing:
- Health and safety essentials such as their ID tags, vaccination records, medication, and emergency vet or secondary caregiver contacts.
- Food and gear such as harnesses, collars, food (portioned by day), and an item that smells like you.
- Special instructions such as a list of training cues, medical administration needs, or favorite hang-out spots in your Beckhamville.
Tip: You can upload your dog’s routine and medical info directly onto their profile so your sitter always has the details at their fingertips.
You and your Beckhamville sitter can schedule drop-off and pick-up in a way that works best for the both of you—and your dog. Most sitters offer flexible times for drop-off and pick-up but the easiest way to confirm those times will be through in-app messaging. Confirm your arrival time the day of pick-up and drop-off can also help keep the process smooth and organized.
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit .
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in SC ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
