“I'm so glad we found Diana! I loved reading her updates from check-ins with our cat - they were very thorough and thoughtful, and it was great to know that our cat was happy and very well cared for while we were away.”

“We were so happy to have Jasmine! We were gone for the holidays and she made sure to keep our cats very happy while we were away. With lots of photos each day and the little updates she sent, we felt very secure in being away from the house. She did a great job :)”

About: I have cared for animals for over 10 years on my own, which included letting them out taking them on walks, feeding them cleaning up outside bathing them. I also volunteer at shelters to help care for their animals. I have an extra few hours in my day, which allows me to have time to care for others when needed because I know how difficult it is to find a sitter while going away I would care for them just as I do my own with love respect and I would follow their routine and what they do for their pet so they feel comfortable while they are gone
About: I have 25 years experience caring for dogs of all breeds, sizes, needs, and ages. We live in a single family home with a large fenced in yard. Animals will receive the same care that I would expect for mine and be treated as members of the family. We have a large, fenced in, backyard and plenty of in and outdoor fun for your pup. They will be well attended to, and receive love and care from not just myself, but all members of the family. They are permitted on the furniture, in bed with us and to be where we are at anytime. There are beds and blankets in every room for their comfort. I am home full time so there is nearly always someone here with the pups and they are cared for and loved by all members of the family. Dogs can be fed up to 4x/day. There are cats in the household (they usually confine themselves to their basement palace,) children ages 2-9 all whom are extremely good with animals. We are a happy, hopping home, but able to provide quiet time and space for dogs who are easily overwhelmed. Your dogs will be well entertained with cuddles, plenty of time outside, games, love and toys galore. Dogs are not generally taken on walks around the neighborhood, unless requested, but do receive plenty of indoor and outdoor playtime with us (fetch, frisbee, etc) for physical and mental stimulation. If we do plan on going for a nice walk or a hike, the pups will accompany us. Single overnight booking includes 24 hours of care (e.g. 1p Sat-1p Sun, or any combo of 24 hours) with a total of 3 hours of leeway given. If you will be expecting the stay to be more than 24 hours (27 with leeway) please note in your message or book as one overnight and one day care (e.g. 10am Sat-7p Sun.) Walks and more are available as add on services. Add on service rates and info is sent upon booking or by request prior to booking, as Rover, unfortunately, does not have a spot for us to offer these and book it with the stay. All pet parents receive text and photo updates, unless not desired. We take safety very seriously: -All dogs are fed separately -Water is always available indoors and out. -House is kept dog proof from dangerous items the dogs could chew or eat. -Someone is always outside with the guest dog. -Exposure and indoor climate are limited, or adjusted, based on the dog's tolerance. -I am well educated in pet first aid and am also a human nurse -I have many years of dog training experience, including my own service dog. -In the extremely unlikely event that a dog would escape, all guest pups wear a bright orange collar stating that they are a guest in an unfamiliar area and our phone number, along with their normal collar and tags. -For the escape artist, again, in the very unlikely event they would become separated from us, they wear a very efficient gps tag to allow for a very rapid recovery. Escape artists are also attached to a 100 foot long lead while in the yard just as a safety precaution (our yard is well fenced but a very crafty dog could possibly find a way out). Your dog is our priority and his love and care is our passion. Please ask if you have any other questions. We work from home and someone is here 90% of the time. We can tailor our schedule to your specifications or as your pet needs. I have a large fenced in yard (currently the main fencing is damaged and shorter fencing of 3.5 feet in height is filling in the gaps. We can put your dog on a long lead to be able to roam a bit or take outside on leash only if the short fencing will not be adequate to contain your dog.) Someone is always outside with your dog to ensure their safety. We have gates and cat doors to separate animals if the need should arise or during feeding time for your dog and ours.) Our black lab is extremely submissive and playful and will keep your dogs entertained as long as they want to play. She will leave them alone if they do not. Our youngest child, though very good with animals, is never left alone with the guest dog(s).
“Kathleen was patient and sweet with my very shy foster - who was a bit of an unknown with visitors in the house. Kathleen was willing to go slow with the introduction and follow protocols just in case my guy was fearful-aggressive. She knows dogs, the meeting went well, and we've booked more visits in hopes of becoming a regular client.”

“Suzanne did an excellent job with our three cats. We met in advance and introduced her to them. She cared for them so well that I was able to enjoy time with my family and not worry. Her ability to visit multiple times a day ensured our senior girls received all their meds in a timely manner. I highly recommend her and would use her again!”

“Lisa was great with our puppies for a few drop-in visits while we were out of town for the day. She kept in contact when she was at our house and provided updates with how the puppies were doing along with some pictures. We got back late, so she even checked the next morning to make sure they were okay when we got home which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend Lisa for all of your dog sitting needs! Thank you so much, Lisa!!”

About: I have had cats for my entire life so I am familiar with any temperament they have to offer. I love dogs of all kinds and love to play with them! My work schedule is M-F until 4:30. I have 2 small children who are very active, so generally my availability will be between 7-10pm daily. I work full time, so I am available on weekday evenings as well as weekends. I am happy to work with you on timing if needed! In my own home I love to snuggle my cats as much as they will let me. We keep everything clean and like to keep a routine. When caring for pets in someone else’s house I am respectful of their home and make sure to provide the best possible car.
About: I have watched and cared for puppies through senior dogs, performed basic grooming needs, administered medications, and watched many different breeds including corgis, pitbull mixes, french bulldogs, and larger mixed breeds. I currently work from home, mostly second shift, with a fairly flexible schedule. As long as I have Internet, I am able to work from almost anywhere (within reason obviously lol). I am often up late, but don’t mind early morning walks. I currently reside at home with family in an in-law suite that has the capability to be closed off from the rest of the house. This addition has two of its own entrances with access to both a large front and backyard. I have an SUV so I am able transport crates and larger breeds if needed. I am also able to provide care in your own home that will be up to your standards and conveys that I will treat your animal(s) as I would my own.
About: I've had my own dog for 11 years and I've pet sat for many friends/family. No dog is too big or too small. I have no issue with particular instructions, and will follow any rules you have in place for your dog I work full time on 1st shift, Monday to Friday, so I will be available evenings. On Saturday and Sunday, I will be available all day/night! I have a fenced yard and two dogs at my home. Most likely, our dogs will be separated at all times, even though mine are friendly. I would rather stay on the safe side. But I will treat your animal as my own while in my care. Giving them all the attention, love, and time they need while you're away.
“Alex was great. She came over to hang out with my Frenchie Ash for an hour while I was at work. She fed him, made sure he had water, played with him outside, and gave lots of belly rubs. Would definitely hire her again!”

About: I grew up with cats, dogs, reptiles, and rodents. I lived on a farm for years with cows, chickens, turkeys, and quail! Big or small, scaley or fluffy, I love all animals and will give them the respect and care they need. 150lb newfy who wants head pats and to drool on me? Absolutely! 6lb 20 year old cat who wants to yell at me and avoid eye contact? Say less. I've dealt with epileptic dogs, bladder stones in cats, and even beakless chickens. I'm up for any challenge! As someone lucky enough to work from home, I can position my job around your pet schedule. Weather I bring my laptop and snuggle up with your pup for the afternoon, take lunch and take a walk with your pooch, or stop in in the evening after my shift to give your cat head kisses. I'm flexible and willing to work with you. Whatever your pets need, I'm your gal. I had 6 dogs growing up and like to think I know how to read them. Your pets safety and your trust in me are my top priority. As an overbearing cat mom, I know just how important your pets are to your family.
