About: I’ve been bathing, slightly grooming, and walking dogs for about 15 years of my life. family dogs, family friend dogs, i love them all and they enjoy their time with me :) i am available Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Sunday from 5pm-10pm. i am available on Thursdays from 6pm or 7pm- 10pm. i am available on Saturdays all day. i am not available on Wednesdays. in my home i treat my cats like a part of my family, because they are. they are allowed on my furniture, couches, beds, desks, not counters though. every morning they get their kibble bowls filled and they get fresh water. after coming home from work, around 5, they get fresh water again. then before bed they each get half a can of wet food and fresh water again. while away at work we have a nice cat tree for them to play on and some standing toys for them to play with. they have several nap areas they enjoy. while home they play with the wand toys we use with them.

About: I grew up with cats, dogs, reptiles, and rodents. I lived on a farm for years with cows, chickens, turkeys, and quail! Big or small, scaley or fluffy, I love all animals and will give them the respect and care they need. 150lb newfy who wants head pats and to drool on me? Absolutely! 6lb 20 year old cat who wants to yell at me and avoid eye contact? Say less. I've dealt with epileptic dogs, bladder stones in cats, and even beakless chickens. I'm up for any challenge! As someone lucky enough to work from home, I can position my job around your pet schedule. Weather I bring my laptop and snuggle up with your pup for the afternoon, take lunch and take a walk with your pooch, or stop in in the evening after my shift to give your cat head kisses. I'm flexible and willing to work with you. Whatever your pets need, I'm your gal. I had 6 dogs growing up and like to think I know how to read them. Your pets safety and your trust in me are my top priority. As an overbearing cat mom, I know just how important your pets are to your family.

About: I have cared for animals for over 10 years on my own, which included letting them out taking them on walks, feeding them cleaning up outside bathing them. I also volunteer at shelters to help care for their animals. I have an extra few hours in my day, which allows me to have time to care for others when needed because I know how difficult it is to find a sitter while going away I would care for them just as I do my own with love respect and I would follow their routine and what they do for their pet so they feel comfortable while they are gone

About: My name is Katherine and I have been an animal lover my entire life. My first dog was a border collie mix I got at 5 years old. I got him as a puppy and he lived to be 23 years old, his name was patches. He is what gave me my love of animals. My most recent pets include a Flemish giant bunny named Peter Rabbit who I owned for 8 years before his passing. I rescued him from a rescue in NJ that I ended up volunteering with for many years. I learned everything I know about animals with my time at this rescue. I am now the proud mom of a Sato dog rescued from Puerto Rico. He is my love and I enjoy every minute I spend with him. I have been a dog walker and overnight sitter for over 15 years. I can feed, walk, play with, and even administer medications if the pet needs them. I enjoy long walks with the pet and the outdoors. I am available last minute if needed. I can provide excellent references upon request. I will treat every pet as if they were my own. I am available anytime after 4pm Monday through Friday. My schedule is open on the weekends. Just let me know what time you need pet care and I can make myself available. I am not able to care for pets in my own home due to strict landlord rules regarding how many pets we can have in my home. However I will gladly care for pets in my clients home and follow all the rules they set for their animals.

“Beth has been incredibly loving and patient to my 2 cats when we were away from home. We enjoyed our vacation knowing that Beth stayed in with my 2 cats to take care of them. She treated my cats as if they were hers, provided them with utmost care, and spoiled them. She even let them use her own ipad so my cats could play the mice hunt in her ipad. She would update me everything whether they are sad, or not feeling well. But, she would reassure me that she would do her best to make them comfortable and eat and drink. I am now at ease that I found an amazing and trustworthy sitter if I have planned vacations next time.”

About: Do you know that dogs can chase their tails due to curiosity, predator instinct, or even for issues such as fleas or anxiety? As a biologist, I've studied animal behavior, and currently work with a number of species (mostly bats and turtles). I also had a very best friend, growing up, named Shadow (black lab rescue) and currently live with 2 large, goofy cats. I conducted home visits and walked dogs for neighbors on vacation when in high school. I have volunteered at shelters and veterinary clinics. I was a member (1 year) of the kennel club at my college. I walked dogs once a week and tended to their water and food needs. I dog sit for a friend several times a year, most of which involves long day stays and some overnights. I am currently looking for work so will have more time than ever to attend to pets. If that changes, I will adjust my schedule with all obligations in mind. I take my job seriously and will not ghost a pet parent. Pets and their owners deserve respect. I respect the owner's home and their instructions for care. I do not overstep boundaries, but I might try new things to get a pet that "just doesn't like to play" excited about play. I've found that sometimes that does just take a new person. Even with my own pets.

About: I've had my own dog for 11 years and I've pet sat for many friends/family. No dog is too big or too small. I have no issue with particular instructions, and will follow any rules you have in place for your dog I work full time on 1st shift, Monday to Friday, so I will be available evenings. On Saturday and Sunday, I will be available all day/night! I have a fenced yard and two dogs at my home. Most likely, our dogs will be separated at all times, even though mine are friendly. I would rather stay on the safe side. But I will treat your animal as my own while in my care. Giving them all the attention, love, and time they need while you're away.

About: I have 25 years experience caring for dogs of all breeds, sizes, needs, and ages. We live in a single family home with a large fenced in yard. Animals will receive the same care that I would expect for mine and be treated as members of the family. We have a large, fenced in, backyard and plenty of in and outdoor fun for your pup. They will be well attended to, and receive love and care from not just myself, but all members of the family. They are permitted on the furniture, in bed with us and to be where we are at anytime. There are beds and blankets in every room for their comfort. I am home full time so there is nearly always someone here with the pups and they are cared for and loved by all members of the family. Dogs can be fed up to 4x/day. There are cats in the household (they usually confine themselves to their basement palace,) children ages 2-9 all whom are extremely good with animals. We are a happy, hopping home, but able to provide quiet time and space for dogs who are easily overwhelmed. Your dogs will be well entertained with cuddles, plenty of time outside, games, love and toys galore. Dogs are not generally taken on walks around the neighborhood, unless requested, but do receive plenty of indoor and outdoor playtime with us (fetch, frisbee, etc) for physical and mental stimulation. If we do plan on going for a nice walk or a hike, the pups will accompany us. Single overnight booking includes 24 hours of care (e.g. 1p Sat-1p Sun, or any combo of 24 hours) with a total of 3 hours of leeway given. If you will be expecting the stay to be more than 24 hours (27 with leeway) please note in your message or book as one overnight and one day care (e.g. 10am Sat-7p Sun.) Walks and more are available as add on services. Add on service rates and info is sent upon booking or by request prior to booking, as Rover, unfortunately, does not have a spot for us to offer these and book it with the stay. All pet parents receive text and photo updates, unless not desired. We take safety very seriously: -All dogs are fed separately -Water is always available indoors and out. -House is kept dog proof from dangerous items the dogs could chew or eat. -Someone is always outside with the guest dog. -Exposure and indoor climate are limited, or adjusted, based on the dog's tolerance. -I am well educated in pet first aid and am also a human nurse -I have many years of dog training experience, including my own service dog. -In the extremely unlikely event that a dog would escape, all guest pups wear a bright orange collar stating that they are a guest in an unfamiliar area and our phone number, along with their normal collar and tags. -For the escape artist, again, in the very unlikely event they would become separated from us, they wear a very efficient gps tag to allow for a very rapid recovery. Escape artists are also attached to a 100 foot long lead while in the yard just as a safety precaution (our yard is well fenced but a very crafty dog could possibly find a way out). Your dog is our priority and his love and care is our passion. Please ask if you have any other questions. We work from home and someone is here 90% of the time. We can tailor our schedule to your specifications or as your pet needs. I have a large fenced in yard (currently the main fencing is damaged and shorter fencing of 3.5 feet in height is filling in the gaps. We can put your dog on a long lead to be able to roam a bit or take outside on leash only if the short fencing will not be adequate to contain your dog.) Someone is always outside with your dog to ensure their safety. We have gates and cat doors to separate animals if the need should arise or during feeding time for your dog and ours.) Our black lab is extremely submissive and playful and will keep your dogs entertained as long as they want to play. She will leave them alone if they do not. Our youngest child, though very good with animals, is never left alone with the guest dog(s).

About: I have had extensive experience in pet sitting, providing a loving and reliable service for pet owners who entrust me with the care of their furry companions. Throughout my journey, I have had the pleasure of caring for a wide range of animals, including dogs, cats, arachnids, and small mammals. My passion for pet sitting began when I realized the significant need for trustworthy and compassionate individuals to look after people's pets while they were away. As a pet owner myself, I understand the worries and concerns that can arise when leaving your beloved animal in someone else's care. With this understanding, I strive to provide not only excellent pet care but also peace of mind for pet owners. During my pet sitting assignments, I prioritize building a strong bond with each pet by spending quality time with them and understanding their unique needs and preferences. I firmly believe that consistent communication and reassurance are key elements in ensuring a pet's well-being. I am currently looking to petsit full-time and only have two semi-regular clients. So I have pretty open availability and I offer overnights as well! I do petsitting at your place. I offer anywhere from 30 min drop ins to a few hour stays and some occasional overnights. Feeding, lots of loves and cleaning up after.
