Although I live in an apartment, my community offers a large, fully fenced dog park, and we’re located right next to the river with beautiful walking paths. We also have easy access to Forest Park and nearby hiking trails, giving your dog plenty of opportunities for exercise, enrichment, and outdoor adventures. My apartment community also features a professional pet washing station, similar to a pet grooming salon. I keep a clean, calm, and pet-friendly home where every dog is supervised and treated with the same love, patience, and care as if they were my own. I also send regular photo and video updates so you can relax knowing your furry family member is happy, safe, and having a wonderful time while you’re away.

About: In our previous home in Missouri my husband and I frequently pet sat for friends, family, and neighbors. We moved to Washington January of 2025 and have missed the furry friends we cared for there. I have experience with large and small dogs including some elderly and some very high energy. I’ve also looked after cats, individuals and larger groups including groups with various feeding needs. I work virtually and can be available most week days for daytime pet sitting in homes that have consistent internet access or drop ins a few times a day. On weekends my availability varies but I can typically plan for drop in and overnight care with at least 1 week notice. I am married and may request my spouse be allowed to stay with me or drop by in longer term sitting situations. Whether it’s a walk or a week together I’ll try to treat your pet with the same care and attention you would. Allowing you to feel comfortable while you are away. As a pet sitter I try not to disrupt your furry family member’s typical schedule as much as possible. Pet care is very individual so I try to conform to what that pet is familiar with to minimize anxiety for them, while making sure their basic needs are met.

About: Hi, my name is marissa, i have always grown up taking care of dogs, we have fostered a lot of dogs and we absolutely adore each and every one of them! i do have 3 children under 4 in home as well as 2 dogs of my own so they need to be dog and children friendly! i am a stay at home mama to 3 beautiful children and it’s driving me nuts to not be able to work so i am hoping rover is going to be able to help me with that! we have a fully fenced in back yard with a 2 story house for them to roam and play! i have lots of toys so no need for those! we have 3 boys under 4 so no aggressive dogs! Potty training is preferred but its okay if not as i can accommodate to 30 min to an hour between potty breaks!
