He did a great job entertaining both of our dogs at the same time and loving them equally. They have different foods, and he was able to take care of each of them as they needed to be taken care of. He absolutely did a great job letting us know how our babies were doing even within a couple hours of dropping them off, and letting us see that they were getting the love and attention they needed. “EXCELLENT LOVING CARE!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! My 17 year old, special needs, completely blind, silky mix dog, Paisley, who also has dementia, stayed with Ms Annette for 8 days while we were on vacation. We were able to bring Paisley to meet Ms Annette prior to boarding her. Things could not have gone better. Ms. Annette was patient, kind, caring, and gave Paisley time to come to her and be comfortable. Her home was spotless as was the separate grooming / boarding area. Dogs have use of / access to both the boarding and home areas, as well as a spacious, outdoor, shady, grassy backyard area to play. Ms Annette even allows dogs on her couch. Because of her age and special needs status, it became impossible to leave Paisley at a typical kennel as they were unable to provide the specialized care and attention she needed. Ms. Annette was able to provide the specialized care needed, provided a lot of love and belly rubs, and even taught Paisley to use her doggy door!! She kept Paisley under her usual home routine which resulted in a smooth transition home. When going to pick her up, Ms Annette greeted me with Paisley in her arms. Paisley was clean, as were her doggy blanket and bed. During her stay, Ms Annette sent daily updates, photos, and videos, confirming Paisley was adjusting well, had made new friends. Ms Annette is 100% recommended. Great care! Lots of love!! Communicative! Board your pet worry free knowing they’ll be very well cared for with Ms. Annette!”
