“This was our first time using James’s for our fur babies and both Winston and Bella just fell into a routine and made themselves right at home! He did a great job entertaining both of our dogs at the same time and loving them equally. They have different foods, and he was able to take care of each of them as they needed to be taken care of. Also, he mentioned that he would keep in touch and send pictures. He absolutely did a great job letting us know how our babies were doing even within a couple hours of dropping them off, and letting us see that they were getting the love and attention they needed. - Food and gear such as harnesses, collars, food (portioned by day), and an item that smells like you.
- Special instructions such as a list of training cues, medical administration needs, or favorite hang-out spots in your Homeland.

You and your Homeland sitter can schedule drop-off and pick-up in a way that works best for the both of you—and your dog. Most sitters offer flexible times for drop-off and pick-up but the easiest way to confirm those times will be through in-app messaging. Confirm your arrival time the day of pick-up and drop-off can also help keep the process smooth and organized.
