My 17 year old, special needs, completely blind, silky mix dog, Paisley, who also has dementia, stayed with Ms Annette for 8 days while we were on vacation. We were able to bring Paisley to meet Ms Annette prior to boarding her. Things could not have gone better. Ms. Annette was patient, kind, caring, and gave Paisley time to come to her and be comfortable. Her home was spotless as was the separate grooming / boarding area. Dogs have use of / access to both the boarding and home areas, as well as a spacious, outdoor, shady, grassy backyard area to play. Ms Annette even allows dogs on her couch. Because of her age and special needs status, it became impossible to leave Paisley at a typical kennel as they were unable to provide the specialized care and attention she needed. Ms. Annette was able to provide the specialized care needed, provided a lot of love and belly rubs, and even taught Paisley to use her doggy door!! She kept Paisley under her usual home routine which resulted in a smooth transition home. When going to pick her up, Ms Annette greeted me with Paisley in her arms. Paisley was clean, as were her doggy blanket and bed. During her stay, Ms Annette sent daily updates, photos, and videos, confirming Paisley was adjusting well, had made new friends. Ms Annette is 100% recommended. Great care! Lots of love!! Communicative! Board your pet worry free knowing they’ll be very well cared for with Ms. Annette!”

About: I’ve had different breeds throughout my life growing up. As an adult, I’ve owned Aussies. I’m very active with my girls when I’m not working but if your pup isn’t active that’s okay to! We can relax around the house! Whatever your pup needs, I’ve got it covered. I work full time, I travel for work during the day which can vary 4-12 hour days, it all just depends. Between my significant other and I, the dogs get let out plenty. My days are usually over by 2 and I’m home by 4. I have 2 Aussies a 12 year old and a 4 year old. Both are good with dogs. If you want your dog to be crated please bring it with you as I only have one and my youngest uses it. The backyard is fenced and I do have chickens but they have their own area of fenced yard.

About: I've grown up with dogs since I was 5 and cats since about a year ago. I'm far more familiar with dogs and their needs and enjoy walking with them and caring for them. I currently have two medium sized dogs who love snuggles, walks, and playing. I work part time at the Lakeland Veterinary and Hospital as a Kennel Technician. My schedule varies on a monthly basis as schedules are typically given out for the upcoming month. The first week of the month is the most difficult for me to schedule as typically the work schedule hasn’t been sent out yet. As for my work schedule it varies time frames ranging from 7am-5pm or 4pm-9pm on week days while weekends are typically 7am-1pm or 4pm-9pm. I'll be happy to discuss any time frames whether I know my schedule or not. I have two dogs at my house between 25lbs-50lbs who love snuggles and playing with each other. I go on a lot of walks with my dogs as they're both friendly and energetic. I make sure my puppies are well fed, have clean water, and give all the love they can possibly receive every day

She offered a free walk during our meet and greet to see how Samson would do with her (which is something I truly appreciate because I knew she was taking the time to learn about Samson’s commands and what would be helpful for her during their walks together). About: Hello, ROVER FAMILY!! It is a complete honor to give you a brief story about my pet experience that led to my ROVER account being created and listed. I grew up in Virginia and my family had both cats and dogs. I attended pet visits with my grandmother, where the family pet recieved shots and nutrition check ups. I worked along side with my grandfather, while walking, feeding and bathing them as well. I also cared after my pet boxer, Sasha, as she gave birth to 2 litters. My brother and I took turns walking, playing and interacting with our childhood pets, and we enjoyed outdoor time around them. I understand how important rendering the best care to your pets can mean to you. Their safety, their eating lifestyle, and their health is an important key factor, and It is how they live longer!! My daughter is now home for summer break, and that means that I am free for more ROVER bookings than in a regular school year. PET CARE will be given in the homes of PET PARENTS only. I will follow guidlines and rules as needed, that will be provided by the owner.

I love dogs and want to spoil and snuggle yours because I currently do not have a dog. I work part-time/variable schedule and my roommate works full-time from home so there is almost always someone home. I have a very flexible schedule so I am available most days of the week consistently for caring for your pet. I have a large fenced in back yard for your pup to play. My neighborhood also has a dog park area if you are comfortable with your dog in that setting. There are two chill, snuggly cats in my home.
