“As a first-time Rover user and a nervous dog mom, I was hesitant to leave Banjo with anyone, especially since we just adopted him from a shelter. However, Jenelle completely exceeded my expectations. She was incredibly thoughtful and even suggested a meet-and-greet before the stay to make sure Banjo would be comfortable. She showed such patience and care with him, especially since he’s a shy and nervous dog. Throughout our trip, Jenelle kept us updated with regular photos and videos, which really helped ease my worries. Banjo came home happy, relaxed, and clearly had the best time with Jenelle and her own dogs. I think he was a little upset that we were taking him home because he had so much fun!! We’re so grateful for her wonderful care and will absolutely be leaving Banjo with her for all our future trips. Highly recommend!!”

I maintain a consistent routine for feeding, fresh water, potty breaks, exercise, and playtime. I closely monitor their behavior, appetite, and energy levels and will follow any instructions regarding medications, dietary needs, or special care. About: I’ve always had dogs growing up, I will treat your pet like family. I love dogs and want to help others find reliable care for their dogs. I work full time, however my hours and days are very flexible so I will have plenty of time to spoil your pets during the day, or overnight. I have a fenced in yard, I have one dog of my own who is the sweetest. I have space in my house to separate if needed for nap times, and plenty of toys and treats. They would be allowed on furniture as they would be treated like family.
