About: I’ve taken care of animals for as long as I can remember. I grew up with cats and dogs, and when I was a teenager, a stray cat we took in gave birth to 4 adorable kittens. I couldn’t imagine not having a home full of animals after that! I pet sit for friends and family already, and I’ve been a foster parent for TAPS in Pekin for 6 years - we’ve fostered 6 litters of cats and 15 dogs so far. I love animals of all kinds, and I can’t wait to meet and care for yours! I work from home most of the time, so I’m almost always around! Occasionally I need to go into the office, but that’s usually only for a half day at a time (4 hours). I have a fenced in yard where dogs can run around and a neighborhood great for walks! I also have dog gates and spare rooms in case animals want some space.

“Amber did an excellent job boarding my small senior shih tzu. He sometimes gets too stressed to eat when away from home, but he ate his normal meals in her care. I could tell from his body language in the photo and video updates that he was comfortable and even enjoying his stay. I would definitely recommend her.”

About: I am a loving dog person. I'm playful and energetic as well as fit to fill your dog's needs. I'm experienced with taking care and training of family's dogs over 15 years. Also great with all types of dogs all breeds, and animals in general. I'm available throughout most times of the night or day. I'm fit and athletic to keep up or work out your dog if need be. I understand the variety and diversity in dog breeds, their energy, and behavior so I can work with them to keep them happy and healthy. Most new dogs I meet warm up to me in just a matter of minutes. I hope you can consider me to walk, play, care, and sit for your dog. I currently have lots of time throughout the day to feed and care for your pet. I may have appts. coming up and will try to fit you in. Your pet will be in a safe environment under a watchful eye. I rarely meet any pets don't feel safe or do not like me.

“Theresa and family were absolutely amazing from start to finish! She took on our three dogs for eight nights, and made us so comfortable with daily pictures and updates. We had never used a dog sitter before, and we’re nervous about sending our fur babies to a strangers home, but that all subsided as soon as we met Teresa and her wonderful family, I am not sure that the dogs wanted to come home !!
