I explained that he is ALWAYS with me and may not be very engaging and just miss his mama, but she took him for an awesome walk and kept him busy and he even snuggled a bit. The photos were so cute and made me feel safe, as this is only our second time using Rover…what a great experience!! I was visiting wine country for a girls trip and decided last minute to grab a mud bath…so happy to have someone so special to puppy sit!!!”

About: I have grown up with dogs and cats since I was 5. We had medium sized dogs, 2 terrier mixes Benz & Benjamiah, and a poodle named Tracy. My grandparents had Irish Setters, Brandy & Rusty, who I spent my summers running and swimming with. We had a Siamese cat Coco, a domestic short haired named Butterscotch, a longhaired named Gati, and had 4 cats at one point- Strider, Waldon, Keelee & Kara. I even owned guinea pigs Albert & Lilac, a hamster I took over for a roommate named Einstein, and a beta fish Bebe. Do sea monkeys count lol? I give animals 100% attention, and make sure they feel loved and cared for. I love playing with cats with feather wands or laser pointers, and playing fetch and tug of war with dogs. I feel comfortable with animals to make sure they feel safe and am willing to try and help out with unwanted behavior. I have helped clients with chickens as well. I have administered oral drugs and intravenously, helped care for a blind dog and a dog with hip displaysia in which I had to put her in a cart w/wheels for walks. I have 8 regular clients that I walk their dog(s)- some I walk 5 days a week, some as needed to their schedule. I do my schedule every week. I have clients that reach out when they need me more infrequently, but am there go to walker, as well as for cat check ins. I make sure to get and follow instructions at my client's home for their pets. I let the pets sleep on the bed with me, and can drive dogs to different places to go for a walk if allowed. I can bring toys for cats if they don't have any to play with, most love catnip if allowed. I bring a collapsable water bowl for dog walks. I give them a lot of attention and love playing with pets. I make sure I know the commands the owner's use so I use the same ones. I give pets a lot of affection, and being a massage practitioner, I do give good rubs and pets, feeling where they could use it, and where they like it as well. They usually look forward to my return, remembering the time I spent with them with their tail wags and excitement on my return. I can send photos of pets, even videos, and don't mind client's checking in while they are gone. I am detail oriented and pay attention to what the pets are doing, like habits, and share that with the owners. I’m used to cleaning dogs paws or drying them off if its been muddy/rainy. Also getting off any eye crust.

About: Hey there! I'm a gal who doesn't own a dog (just 3 cats!) who works from home some days of the week and is happy to take care of your pooch! I joke with my friends and family that I'm a kennel for their pups when they go out of town - why not help out other local friends! I have owned dogs my whole life but just don't have the time to own one currently so I'm happy to help out those that need someone to watch their fur baby! We have a wonderful large fenced yard in a quiet part of St. Helena. Your dog can have free access to the home and our fenced in yard. Quiet neighborhood next to vineyards where the pup can play! Happy to help you out - bring on the dogs! I love them all and am a fun and active person who will take wonderful care of your pet ( just ask my friends how obsessed I am with my cats Grover, Fat Freddy & Ralph!!). Thank you! I work from an office most days with the exception of event weekends and some evenings. I do sometimes have to leave during the day but your dog would be in a secure home with us. Fenced yard on the vineyard and close by lots of walking and vineyards. We do have 3 cats so I prefer your dog to be cat friendly or be able to take some hissing from them.

About: I have an 11lb, 10 year old maltipoo named Sailor that sparks joy, a lovely wine country home with fenced backyard & love caring for Sailor & his friends 🐶. I have experience with special needs pups (anxiety, disabilities, etc…) I treat every pup as my own & provide patience & care. I pride myself with responsiveness, updates & pictures. Working from home provides so much time & attention for play, walks & relaxation, home also has AC for the hot days keeping everyone very comfortable & happy! My amazing husband works from home part time & loves helping & enjoying our pup loving life! Dogs are very drawn to his calm, friendly energy. Sailor & pup friends are always attended, allowed supervised in fenced backyard, leash walks, & always allowed on beds and furniture, with plenty of toys & soft fluffy blankets to cuddle on. Happy to follow guidelines, & modify for less or more activity or routine preferences.

About: I've owned at least one pet consistently since I was 5 years old. I was a pre-vet major when I started college, have worked in veterinary offices, volunteered at the humane society and have been pet sitting for years. I absolutely adore animals and love having them around. I work full time from home and share custody of my son and my dog who are with me (about) every other week. Both my dog and my son love animals are are very friendly, kinda and loving to all pets and they both love to play with other dogs! I have a cat at home as well who is dog friendly and sometimes plays with my dog or will hide when not in the mood. Pet care is a daily routine for me. We'd love for your furry friend to join our walks and home for lots of fun and play while you're away! I take great pride in learning what makes your pets the most comfortable while you're away. If you prefer me to stay in your home that is of course the least stressful for your furbaby. If you prefer I host your furbaby(s) at my home, my cat and dog (depending on the time you book) will keep them company and have lots of play time and snuggles! I have a small fenced yard but nearby dog parks and homemade treats! Because I work from home dogs are given daily walks and several opportunities to go to the bathroom outside. If a dog goes to the bathroom in the house repeatedly, a $150 cleaning fee will be added to your booking. I make every effort to work with you and the dog to prevent this but if it continues the fee will be added to your stay.

About: I have been dog sitting and caring for pets for over 10 years. I have always felt such an affinity for animals and I have an extreme amount of empathy for them. Several family friends and relatives have been reliant on me for pet care for as long as I can remember. Sitting, bathing, walking, feeding, you name it I can do it. I currently only work one day a week as a nanny, so I have a very open schedule and would be available most all days. I currently am just looking to sit at clients houses due to my cats territorial issues. I would love to discuss expectations as a sitter/walker and I am very respectful of boundaries made by clients.

About: I love pets and being in nature enhances my love to take care of pets and always more room for more walk or runs which sets up a great times I’m working full time although I work hybrid, two to three days in the office, and will love to pet sit Wednesday, Friday Saturday or Sunday! About: Ever since I was a kid I’ve had a passion for animals, and animal care. I genuinely love working with them, dogs are my strong point, and I have years of experience as well as have some training under my belt. I also am experienced in handling reptiles and large livestock! 🥰 I also wanna state that I can and am always willing to help out, however I do have a job I work Monday through Friday during the early afternoon to evening, so usually anything after 4 or 5pm works for me best! I work part time at a dealership in Santa Rosa, so I do have a lot of free time! I don’t mind over nights, and I don’t mind early mornings if need be! I’m very flexible with my schedule! Tell me what you need and I’ll do my best to accommodate your requests! I am very trustworthy, and since I love all animals I will always go above and beyond to treat your fur-babies like royalty! About: I grew up with many animals in our household from dogs, cats, turtles, birds, fish, and bunnies and always had a unique connection to them. I have an innate empathetic understanding with them. I have experience with training younger dogs, as well as taking care of elderly dogs. I have experience providing necessary medication if needed, as well as lots of love and snuggles and adventurous hikes or leisurely walks for elderly animals. Currently I have a cat and would love to have another dog but for now getting to take care of other people's dogs or cats would satisfy my desire to be around lots of animals. I am currently a full-time student and I work remotely online so my schedule is flexible and I can work from anywhere. I would prefer to watch dogs and cats in your home. I like to communicate with the owner of the pet and get a clear understanding if there is a particular feeding or walk schedule, as well as if medications are required, or crate preferences. I am happy to send a photo of your animal baby each day if you like daily check ups. I love communication so trust and understanding are developed between myself and the owner.

About: I love trying to teach them a couple things and playing with them ive been raised with dogs since i was little and i love taking them also out and giving them treats. Something about me is also im very active and so i wouldnt mind giving your dogs a walk im really friendly and patient with them and try to understand how they are. I also have toys for them since i understand they also like to chew on toys and for peeing i have a porch thats clean and i can put pads for them.
